Whites Face A Government Working Against Their Interests

By Breitbart | Peter Morici, an economics and business professor from the University of Maryland criticized President Obama’s executive actions on immigration, saying that white Americans now face a government that is “explicitly working against their interests” and “the prospects of their children.”

Obama and Mexican AmnestyPresident Obama’s decision to ignore the law by granting de facto amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants brought to America as children and those who are parents of children with legal status was a terribly foolish act. It will only serve to exacerbate racial tensions.

Polls indicate the overwhelming majority of whites view illegal immigration as threatening. Many see immigrants as taking jobs from native-born Americans, pushing down wages and contributing to cultural decline.

While many may silently harbor racial bigotry, the adverse economic consequences for whites are real and palpable.

Illegal immigration increases the supply of low-skilled workers, and that drives down wages for less educated whites and African-Americans.

Add another fiasco to the Obama Administration:

  1. Benghazi
  2. Veterans Administration
  3. Obamacare
  4. James Gruber’s “Stupid Americans”
  5. Lois Lerner IRS Scandal
  6. Immigration Amnesty

Millions of illegals will qualify for work permits and be able to take more visible, better-paying jobs. Native born Americans will face more competition for positions paying significantly above the federal minimum. For example, those paying between the averages for the hospitality and construction industries—$17 and $25 per hour, respectively.

Exacerbating racial tensions among highly skilled professionals, elite universities, reflecting years of pressure from the Department of Education, divide admissions along informal racial quotas, and that disadvantages white applicants.

A group called Students for Fair Admissions has brought suit in federal court against Harvard and the University of North Carolina charging that the practice discriminates against Asians, who tend to be the best academically qualified racial group.

If they prevail, and given the inclinations of the administration to pressure schools to admit African-Americans and Hispanics, even more white applicants would be squeezed out of top universities their antecedents founded and endowed.

Already many academically qualified children of successful white professionals are denied access to universities of the same status their parents attended, and consequently face much diminished career and lifetime earnings prospects.

The president’s recent actions will increase the pools of Hispanic and Asian college immigrants and applicants and further exacerbate intergenerational downward economic mobility among whites.

Last fall, when asked if he had the authority to end the deportation of illegal aliens, Obama responded, “Actually, I don’t,” and he explained that he could not appease immigrant advocates by violating the law.

Many Hispanics and Asians come from countries with recent histories of authoritarian governments or governments where a single party has maintained control, and national leaders simply do what populist sentiments requires—the law be damned.

Appeasing Hispanic and Asian voters—that is exactly what president Obama did with his executive order granting de facto amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants.

It is not difficult to see why many white Americans would perceive illegal immigration as undermining their culture and the rule of law—and see Democrats as opportunists who would trash the constitution to maintain their grasp on power.

No one should be surprised that large majorities voted for Republican congressional candidates in November and Governor Romney in 2012.

Given the concentration of Hispanics, Asians, and African-Americans in New York, California, and several swing states like Virginia, the Democrats have a good shot at winning most presidential elections in coming years.

However, white voters still account for about 70 of the eligible voters, and given their particular dominance in more-sparsely populated states and the south, Republicans will likely continue to hold the House and Senate most of the time.

Still, the Constitution does not provide white Americans with a remedy when a president bypasses congress and abuses executive power to satisfy a constituency that puts its agenda above the rule of law.

Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), a dual-citizen of Israel and America, believes that conservatives are opposed to amnesty because they don’t want America to become “less white,” Chucky Schumer.

Impeachment is not a viable option, and Republicans lawmakers face uncertain prospects at best for successfully challenging executive orders in federal court.

Whites face a government that is explicitly working against their interests, the economic prospects of their children, and democratic processes they have spent more than 200 years defending.

If that is not a recipe for racial animus, I don’t know what is.

Not Only Ebola, Other Tropical Diseases Pose Growing Threat to U.S.

The United States’ latest brush with Ebola shows that, more than ever, diseases are global travelers.

A physician died at a Nebraska hospital after contracting the disease in Sierra Leone, where he was working. A New York physician came down with Ebola last month after working in West Africa, sparking quarantines for returning health workers in some states. Earlier in October, a man died in Dallas after becoming infected in Liberia.

But Ebola isn’t the tropical disease that’s most likely to cause health problems in the United States—not by a long shot. A handful of other tropical diseases pose much more realistic threats. And they’re spread by insects, which can’t be quarantined.

Until now, most of the cases in the U.S. have been diagnosed in travelers. But infectious disease specialists worry that these tropical diseases could gain a foothold in local insect populations, spread to more people locally, and become a much bigger problem in the near future.

Here are three of the biggest threats:

Chagas Disease

Tropical DiseasesChagas disease is a parasitic disease that’s spread in a particularly disgusting way: by kissing bugs that bite people’s faces at night (mostly around the mouth, to which they’re attracted by exhaled breath) and leave poop behind.

The parasite known as Trypanosoma cruzi, carried in the bug’s feces, enters the victim’s body through the bites or via the eyes or mouth. The parasite can also be spread in more ordinary ways: from mother to child, and through contaminated blood or organ donations. (The blood supply has been screened for T. cruzi since 2007.)

Chagas disease is particularly insidious because it may not cause symptoms initially. But eventually, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 20 to 30 percent of infected people develop heart or digestive problems, some of which can be debilitating and life-threatening without treatment. An estimated six million to eight million people worldwide live with Chagas disease, which causes about 12,000 deaths a year, according to the World Health Organization.

Chagas is too rare in the U.S. to motivate big pharmaceutical companies to research and develop drugs for prevention and treatment. The CDC estimates that it affects approximately 300,000 people in the U.S., though other estimates run as high as one million.

Most patients in the U.S. acquired the parasite in their home countries—it’s endemic in Latin America—before arriving in the U.S. But kissing bugs live in the southern U.S., too, and research describing five locally acquired cases in east Texas was published earlier this month in the American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, providing new evidence that some cases are originating domestically.

Peter Hotez, the founding dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, fears that the cases reported so far are just the tip of the iceberg—or the “ears of the armadillo,” he says, to use a more local metaphor—and that there’s a huge need to look harder for local infections in Texas and elsewhere in the South. Many people who are infected don’t know they carry the parasite.

The CDC has sought to raise awareness and improve diagnostic tools for Chagas as well as four other neglected parasitic infections (cysticercosis, toxocariasis, toxoplasmosis, and trichomoniasis). The CDC doesn’t mandate that states report cases of Chagas, but four states do, including Texas.

Chagas, like other neglected parasitic infections in the U.S., is associated with poverty. Why that should be isn’t entirely known, says Hotez, but substandard housing and sanitation are likely contributors.

The drugs currently used to treat the disease—the antiparasitics benznidazole and nifurtimox—are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and need to be obtained directly from the CDC. Nonprofit groups are working to find new treatments and a vaccine.

Chikungunya

Americans traveling to the Caribbean are increasingly picking up a nasty souvenir: a case of chikungunya, a disease transmitted by mosquitoes that produces fever, joint and muscle pain, headache, lethargy, and rash. It’s rarely fatal, but some cases can lead to chronic pain and arthritis. (Older patients and females seem to be at highest risk.)

Chikungunya, which the World Health Organization says was first reported in southern Tanzania in 1952, was not a problem in the Western Hemisphere until late last year, when the first local case popped up in the Caribbean, on the French side of St. Martin. It’s now all over the Caribbean, and as of the end of last month there were more than 780,000 suspected cases in those islands and in the Americas.

And yes, that includes North America. In the United States alone, 1,627 cases have been reported so far this year.

Most were acquired by travelers. But in a handful of cases—11 in Florida, at the CDC’s last count—the victims had never left the country. Chikungunya is not nationally reportable, but the CDC wants states to keep an eye on it, and academic and research organizations are also gathering data.

“What happens is that people come back from the Caribbean to Florida with virus in their blood,” explains Stephen Higgs, director of the Biosecurity Research Institute at Kansas State University, in Manhattan. “Local mosquitoes feed on them, and then develop an infection.” Then those mosquitoes bite someone else.

The chikungunya virus is carried by two types of mosquitoes, the yellow fever mosquito and the Asian tiger mosquito. So far—luckily—the virus strain circulating in the Americas is primarily spread by the less-common yellow fever mosquito (Aedes aegypti).

But what if that virus mutates and comes to prefer the Asian tiger mosquito? That’s what scientists worry about, since the Asian tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) has a much wider geographical range in the United States, reaching as far north as New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

It’s also more of an all-day eater, says Rebecca Christofferson, a research assistant professor and infectious disease specialist at Louisiana State University, in Baton Rouge. That raises the question of whether chikungunya could someday become as common in the U.S. as the more familiar West Nile virus.

Luckily, says Higgs, chikungunya doesn’t hide out in the local bird and mammal population the way West Nile does, which means it might be easier to stop, since focusing on the mosquito vector would be effective.

There’s no treatment for chikungunya, and no vaccine, though researchers are working on that. For now, the key to keeping a lid on the disease is mosquito eradication. That involves spraying by local authorities and individuals taking steps to protect themselves: avoiding bites with approved insect repellants, wearing long-sleeved shirts, getting rid of stagnant water on their property, and staying away from mosquito-infested areas.

Dengue

More familiar than Chagas or chikungunya is dengue, the mosquito-borne virus that the World Health Organization estimates infects some 100 million people per year around the world. That’s just the active cases; according to an estimate published last year in Nature, there are 96 million active infections per year, with another 294 million that are mild or asymptomatic. Dengue is a reportable disease in the U.S.

Symptoms include intense joint and muscle pain (the disease is commonly known as “breakbone fever”), as well as high fever, headache, and eye pain. It can progress to severe dengue or dengue hemorrhagic fever. If untreated, people can die from shock, as the capillaries start to leak blood into the abdomen and chest cavity.

Severe dengue has a mortality rate of about one percent with early detection and supportive treatment such as fluid replacement, and 10 to 20 percent without.

The more serious dengue hemorrhagic fever often does not occur until the second time someone is infected. And that’s where the danger lies.

The dengue virus has four variations, known as serotypes. Often the first infection is relatively mild, and can even be hidden altogether and cause no symptoms. So the fear, as Christofferson explains, is that people will be infected once—knowingly or not—and then somewhere down the line, if another strain comes to town, they can become dangerously ill.

Like chikungunya, dengue is spread by mosquitoes—in this case, mostly the yellow fever variety. As with chikungunya, dengue is usually found in travelers. Dengue is common in Southeast Asia, the western Pacific islands, and Latin America.

But local mosquitoes can also pick up the disease from infected travelers and spread it to people in the U.S. Locally acquired dengue cropped up in outbreaks in Florida and Texas in 2013, raising the specter of further geographic spread in the South, where the mosquito typically lives—or elsewhere, if its range expands. It already shows signs of expanding: Yellow fever mosquitoes were found in California in 2013.

The Immigration Speech

Not covered by any of the TV networks “the speech” was noteworthy in his usual distribution of misinformation. We won’t even address that! What we will speak to is the obvious violation of the separation of powers and the U.S. Constitution. Article 1 Section 1 of the constitution clearly articulates that all power to make law is vested in the legislative branch. The Legislative makes laws and the executive enforces them. It is furthermore a violation of well-established constitutional principles that the president may not selectively enforce laws, something he and his AG excel at.

In his speech he clearly stated that congress did not act relating to one of 376 bills on Harry Reid desk, immigration reform that had in the Senate been passed by bi-partisan action. What he omitted to say was that due to his selective enforcement polices on ACA no one trusted him to enforce border security, which is why the bill was stalled in the House. The matter will surely come to the Supreme Court on accelerated schedule. Speculating on the outcome we remain confident his EO will be nullified by the Court.

This was the act of a despotic sociopath acting outside law, and in a veiled attempt to paint the opposition into a corner. The very obvious effort by the president is to 1) split the electorate into two opposing camps, 2) force the Republicans to either impeach or bring legal action, 3) make himself appear as the champion of the Hispanics, 4) curry Hispanic votes to the Democrat party. As any immigrant who had to participate in a laborious citizenship procedure that included obtaining a visa, obtaining a sponsor, proving financial independence, a five-year wait, paying all taxes for five years without representation, and financially taking a verbal and then written English and a American History and Civics exams, they must be deeply offended by this promise of amnesty.

He said it was not amnesty because he was not providing citizenship that is wrong. He was guaranteeing omission of prosecution (a legal pardon for 5 million illegals) for a crime leading to eventual citizenship. Furthermore, while bringing up the matter of border security he did not convince me that he was actually planning it. Perhaps the executive should contract with the IDF in Israel who seem not to have the slightest problem in building a wall that is impregnable.

This prejudiced act was akin to throwing a hand grenade into the legislature. Obama was more than aware before he gave this speech that both the house as well as the senate planned to take up the matter of immigration in the opening session of the 2015 legislative session. By his act he has damaged the process, setting it back many months. Furthermore he has effectively transferred the enactment of immigration reform from the legislative and executive to the judicial branch whose usual speed of response can only be characterized as sluggish.

It seems clear to us that the supporters of this care little for constitutional principles, the rule of law or the separation of power, opting instead for a dictator. He has succeeded in establishing a cult of “Obamaists” whose vacuous understanding of our laws and republican principles rule his day. The assault on constitutional principles in his speech is dangerous and dictatorial; it cannot be allowed to stand.

Having already established precedence in his continuous selective enforcement of law, supported by his toady AG Eric Holder, the nation is in deep trouble. If allowed to stand, future presidents will use this case as a justification for not only selective enforcement, but also the enactment of odious to the people laws, propagated by gender or race issues. It is the rule through diktat that America had a revolutionary war with England some centuries ago.

The president’s avowals that he is entitled to act because congress has not, is akin to a claim that equality before he law is void because he prefers racism. His acclimation that all presidents had before him done the exact same thing is an outright lie. All of them had acted on immigration after congress had finished their debates and voted on the issue.

Surprisingly he plans to give about 5 million illegals three-year work permits, while America has just over 24% unemployment, we may if this stands, get that up to 30% by the end of his administration. He glossed over the illegal felons of which we have over 40,000. He said that the number of deportations was up, not mentioning that they changed the way they are counted and if you use to old system the deportation rate is actually down. If he gives work permits he will also to collect taxes and to do that have to give SS numbers, this will allow all of those with SS number to get all other ID’s and then allow them to vote. At some point in the speech we were convinced that the only problem according to Obama regarding illegals was that they were not paying taxes.

“….All we are saying is we are not going to deport you.” Well, OK, we are also going to give you work permits, social security card, allow you to compete for any job available in America, avail drivers licenses, not make you pay back-taxes only future taxes, we also assume that government jobs will be included in this package.

He did prominently indicate that we must allow PhD’s, mathematicians and college graduates in because we desperately need such people, indicating the complete failure of our federal education system, which is under his management.

Dr. Adrian KriegIn 2000 a new book was published titled, “July4th 2016 the Last Independence Day” the author Dr. Krieg seems to have been in possession of a crystal ball, as the Republic comes tumbling down. We are now able to change our national motto from “The Land of the Brave and Free” to the “Tyranny of the Evil Empire”.

U.S. Taxpayers Must Pay For Illegals’ Children Under Obama’s Amnesty

Illegal immigrants will receive huge payments from American taxpayers under rules now being imposed by President Barack Obama’s unilateral amnesty.

The illegals will get work-permits and Social Security cards, and will be required to pay taxes, according to Cecilia Munoz, the former immigration lobbyist who is now a top Obama aide.

That means they’re part of the tax system, she said, when she was asked if the illegals would get annual payments under the Earned Income Tax Credit program.

“They are subject to our tax law,” she said, carefully.

Amnesty Money HoleMost households of illegals have very low income, and pay little in taxes. For example, in 2011, roughly 22 percent of immigrant households — both legal and illegal — were classified as living in poverty. In contrast, only 13 percent of American households were in poverty.

However, once illegal immigrants are enrolled in the tax system, they would be entitled to EITC payments.

The payments may be huge, and will rise each year.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, two parents with three or more children would receive up to $6,143 in 2014 if they earn less than $46,997.

A family with two kids, and an income of $20,000, would receive $14,590 in taxpayer funds this year alone.

Parents who earn less than the threshold would get $3,305 if they have one child, and $5,460 if they have two children.

The EITC program is already poorly monitored and may be subject to large amounts of fraud, according to critics.

Another study says that 47 percent of legal and illegal immigrants and their children are classified as living in poverty or in near-poverty, according to the Center for Immigration Studies, which favors reduced annual immigration.

3000 Unaccompanied Minors in Houston Schools

by Bob Price, Breitbart, Texas | A report obtained by Breitbart Texas from the Houston Independent School District (HISD) revealed the influx of unaccompanied minors over the summer from Central America lead to an increased enrollment of 3,000 students. The total student population for HISD is over 215,000 which represents the largest total enrollment for HISD since the 1970’s.

The total immigrant population for HISD currently sits at 8,409 students according to a memo written by HISD’s Government Relations Director Ashlea Graves. The memo was received by Breitbart Texas from a government source wishing to remain anonymous. Graves confirmed the authenticity of the memo in a phone conversation with Breitbart Texas.

Honduras, Mexico and El Salvador lead the list of 43 nations from around the globe with immigrant students enrolled in HISD. This immigrant enrollment includes legal and illegal immigrants and includes the 3,000 unaccompanied minors listed above according to Graves.

Houston Leads Nation for Illegal Immigrant Minors’ Destination

The charts shown below sumamarize HISD immigrant data as of an October 31, 2014 snapshot. For the purposes of this data chart, immigrant students are only considered during their first three years of enrollment of the district.

The unaccompanied minors enrolling in HISD this fall represents an increase of over 1,000 students per month. No estimated costs for educating these students were reflected in the report. However, in August, Breitbart Texas’ Kristin Tate reported Texas taxpayers would be on the hook for an estimated $45 million in education costs for the unaccompanied minors. That number was based upon an estimated 4,800 foreign minors that were reportedly set free in Texas. Texas Education Agency (TEA) General Counsel David Anderson estimated the cost per student at about $9,500 per student because of the need for bilingual special education teachers.

Using the number provided by the TEA, the estimated cost to HISD taxpayers would be over $28 million for the 3,000 unaccompanied minors now enrolled in the district.

The memo states that while Mexican students have not been the focus of media attention recently, their enrollment accounts for the second largest source of immigrant students with 1,261 students. Their enrollment is mostly in the secondary level schools. Honduras leads the list of immigrant students with 1,385. El Salvador trails Mexico with 1,227 students. Rounding out the top five countries are Guatemala with 402 and India with 347.

The students are spread throughout the district but the report below shows most of the immigrants are enrolled in the Southwest area of the school district with a few schools in the Southeast and some in the North.

Ashlea Graves told Breitbart Texas the numbers were compiled by Dr. Gracie Guerrero, HISD’s Assistant Superintendent for Multilingual Programs and was sent out to local, state and federal elected officials to update public officials on HISD’s response to the influx of unaccompanied minors.

Harvard, UNC Sued Over Race-Based Admissions

Lawsuits filed Monday against Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill argue that affirmative action policies should be banned at colleges across the nation.

The federal suits allege Harvard and UNC rely on race-based affirmative action policies that impact admissions of high-achieving White and Asian American students.

HarvardAdministrators of Harvard University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill were sued by an advocacy group claiming race-based admissions policies violate the constitutional rights of highly qualified Asian applicants.

Students for Fair Admissions Inc., a group which said it represents unidentified college applicants rejected by both schools, alleged in lawsuits filed today that the use of racial preferences illegally limited admission of Asian Americans.

Such applicants “understand that they are not competing” against “the entire applicant pool,” the group said in its filing against Harvard’s governing body, the Harvard Corp., in Boston federal court. “They are competing only against each other, and all other racial and ethnic groups are insulated from competing against high-achieving Asian Americans.”

Administrators for the University of North Carolina have also used admissions policies aimed at achieving diversity that had a detrimental effect on Asian American applicants, the group alleged in a separate suit in Greensboro federal court.

The group claimed use of race in admissions allows universities including Harvard and UNC to show preferences for particular groups, failing to meet standards set under a U.S. Supreme Court decision last year requiring schools “implement race-neutral means to achieve student body and diversity before turning to racial classifications and preferences.”

Citing an earlier high court decision upholding affirmative action, Robert Iuliano, Harvard’s general counsel, said today that the university’s admissions policies “remain fully compliant with all legal requirements and are essential to the pedagogical objectives that underlie Harvard’s educational mission.”

Rick White, associate vice chancellor for communications at UNC, said in a separate statement that the university “stands by its current undergraduate admissions policy and process.”
Advocacy Groups

The Austin, Texas-based group that announced the lawsuit did so in tandem with the Project on Fair Representation, an Alexandria, Virginia-based organization that advocates against race or ethnicity-based policies in state and federal courts. On its website, that group said it’s associated with Project Liberty Inc., a nonprofit which said on its web-page that its mission is “limited government, personal enterprise and free enterprise.”

Project on Fair Representation was behind the lawsuit leading to last year’s high court ruling on race-based admissions. The plaintiffs in today’s cases seek court orders barring the universities from using race as a factor in undergraduate admissions, arguing that using other criteria, such as socioeconomic status, could better ensure diversity.

The plaintiff allegations involving Harvard are more severe, alleging that despite the high court ruling, the university maintains a quota-like system, likening it to attempts to limit the number of Jewish students in the 1920s.

The cases are Students For Fair Admissions Inc. v. President and Fellows of Harvard College et al, 1:14-cv-14176, U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts (Boston); and Students For Fair Admissions Inc. v. University of North Carolina et al., 1:14-cv-00954, U.S. District Court, Middle District of North Carolina (Greensboro).

Obamacare And ‘Stupidity of the American Voter’

Patrick Howley revealed that Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber said that lack of transparency was a major part of getting Obamacare passed because “the stupidity of the American voter” would have killed the law if more people knew what was in it.

Gruber, the MIT professor who served as a technical consultant to the Obama administration during Obamacare’s design, also made clear during a panel quietly captured on video that the individual mandate, which was only upheld by the Supreme Court because it was a tax, was not actually a tax.

Obamacare Bill“This bill was written in a tortured way to make sure CBO did not score the mandate as taxes. If CBO [Congressional Budget Office] scored the mandate as taxes, the bill dies. Okay, so it’s written to do that. In terms of risk rated subsidies, if you had a law which said that healthy people are going to pay in – you made explicit healthy people pay in and sick people get money, it would not have passed… Lack of transparency is a huge political advantage. And basically, call it the stupidity of the American voter or whatever, but basically that was really really critical for the thing to pass… Look, I wish Mark was right that we could make it all transparent, but I’d rather have this law than not.”

The bill was deliberately written to confuse and obscure the contents to slip it past the “stupid American voter.” So Americans were ultimately deceived once again.

Harry BertramHarry Bertram was the American Freedom Party’s candidate in the 2014 elections. Earlier, John Angelo Gage had been disqualified from the New Jersey ballot for the 7th congressional district on a technicality. Mr. Gage had the signatures but had filed the wrong petition form.

An activist of the American Freedom Party since its inception, Bertram was the party gubernatorial candidate in the special election in October 2011 (1,111 votes for 0.37%) and State Delegate District 51 (1,110 votes for 0.88%).

The American Freedom Party is a Nationalist and ‘paleoconservative’ political party founded in 2010. The party gained international media attention when its 2012 nominee for president, Merlin Miller, met former Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadenijad in Iran in September 2012 one-on-one. He subsequently appeared on Press TV.

Tom Sunic’s Southern California Speaking Tour

AFP Director and Croatian diplomat, Tom Sunic, engaged in a successful speaking tour of Southern California during the latter part of September 2014. On September 19th, Prof. Sunic spoke at the Santa Barbara public library. He spoke on the topic of “The Decline & Fall of Modern Higher Education: From the Maximizing to Minimizing Universal Knowledge (how low can “dumbing down” go?).” The speech was well received and generated no controversy on any level.

Tom Sunic California Speaking TourThen, on Saturday, September 20th, Prof. Sunic spoke at the Institute for Historical Review in Santa Ana, California. Mark Weber, an old friend of Prof. Sunic, introduced him and gave a speech as well. The topic of Tom Sunic’s speech was: 1400 Years of Islamic Imperialism: Real or Surreal Menaces to Europe from the Medieval Caliphates, to the Ottomans at the Gates of Vienna, to the New Islamic Terror and “Voluntary” Invasion-Repopulation of Europe.” The attendees (numbering about 40) were mostly AFP supporters. As a result, the question and answer session went on well into the evening.

On Sunday, September 21st, Tom Sunic spoke at a Jewish (!) community center. The moderator was a white Australian who converted to Judaism, but inexplicably is pro-white and pro-European. The topic was again on Islamic Imperialism. Attendees were from varied backgrounds; several Jews, a vocal woman from Mongolia and White Nationalists. The event went well. They only fall out came from various White Nationalist groups that denounced Tom Sunic for speaking at a Jewish community center.

On Tuesday, September 23rd, Tom Sunic spoke to an over-flow crowd sponsored by the John Birch Society in La Crescenta, CA. His intended topic was From Democracy to Plutocracy; Institutional, Financial and Economic Crisis of the European Union”. The audience, however, would have none of it. Calls from the floor requested that he speak on the pending death of Europe as a result of the immigrant invasion.

Tom thus tailored his speech to their requests and expertly spoke for an hour extemporaneously. His insights were amazing and the audience was held in awe. This event was held at the La Crescenta Sheriff’s Station. We all thought it was a great venue because no one would come to protest a sheriff’s station. Turns out, it was our trickiest location because even though the John Birch Society reserved the meeting room, the deputy in charge took a strong bureaucratic stance stating: “We have the John Birch Society down as showing a video. You can’t have a speech. That is political and we can’t have political groups meet at our Station.” The organizer stressed that the John Birch Society is 100% political and has been using the site for years. After fifteen minutes of discussion whereby the Sheriff deputy was able to show how much power he possessed, he let the throngs standing outside in and the meeting went forward.

On Wednesday, September 24th, Tom Sunic spoke at Orange County: Woman’s Civic Club of Garden Grove. Tom’s speech was sponsored by an anti-immigration group that takes great pains to not be called racist. This was his largest speaking engagement (although most in attendance were senior citizens). Tom spoke on the European immigration crisis and sold almost all his books. He took a hardcore stance that multiculturalism is killing the white race and the issue is not legal or illegal immigration but that non-white immigration is problem.

The entire audience was white except for one new member of the group who was from Mexico. He made comments about how he paid his taxes, was pro-Reagan and that while we must stop illegal immigration legal immigrants (like him) were a very good thing. He spoke of the plight of the poor immigrant who must come to the U.S. to live in the slums of Santa Ana or Anaheim instead of upscale communities. Large numbers of attendees clapped in support of his statements. (He was the only one they clapped for and they clapped to show they weren’t racist). This was after Tom Sunic had just spoken about 40 minutes on how it is the race that matters. One women in he audience then challenged the Mexican’s comments and pointed out that Santa Ana and Anaheim were lovely cities when its denizens were white. Others chimed in in support and the Mexican member slinked out the door.

‘Chagas’ Disease From Latin America Comes To America; Has Infected 300,000 Americans

Despite the current Ebola panic, there is another disease posing a threat to American’s health. Chagas disease, also known as the “kissing bug” disease, has made its way into the United States and has already infected thousands, but health officials and doctors do not view the disease as potentially endemic.

The disease, prevalent in Mexico and Latin America, has begun to spread in the United States with around 300,000 people currently infected per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates, according to Fox News Latino.

ChagasAccording to the CDC, Chagas disease is caused by the Trypanosoma cruzi parasite, which is carried by insects and it is transmitted via their feces. Around 8 million people in Latin America are infected with the disease, which is mostly prevalent in poor rural areas. Triatomine bugs, known as “kissing bugs,” can transmit the disease when they suck on the blood of people and defecate on the wound or near it.

People can also be infected through blood transfusion from an infected person, congenital transmission (from mother to child during pregnancy), organ transplants and consumption of uncooked food contaminated with the parasite.

Early symptoms include fever, body aches, swelling of the eyelids and at the bite site. Following this stage, most people become asymptomatic, but around 30 percent develop heart or intestinal problems.

The [chagas] disease, prevalent in Mexico and Latin America, has begun to spread in the United States with around 300,000 people currently infected per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates, according to Fox News Latino.

Those without symptoms can still transmit the disease.

According to Click 2 Houston, research conducted by Melissa Garcia at the Baylor College of Medicine on blood donations found that in Texas one out of 6,500 potentially has the disease.

“I think we are likely under-diagnosing and mismanaging a lot of Houstonians and a lot of Texas residents with this disease. So it really is imperative that we start screening people that are at high risk,” she said. “If you don’t get treatment, it can progress and it can be fatal.”

However, Fox News Latino reports the disease is not labeled as endemic, prompting many doctors to not consider it when diagnosing patients.
