The American Freedom Party today (September 15, 2018) agreed to endorse an original understanding of the First Amendment Establishment Clause:

“CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW RESPECTING AN ESTABLISHMENT OF RELIGION.”

The American Freedom Party agreed to my proposal to adopt and endorse the gradual abolition of the family courts and family codes at both the state and federal level, and to return all control over family and child rearing decisions to the people and only such non-governmental institutions as those to which individuals, in the exercise and delegation of their freedoms of religion and association, may wish to adopt as their own by contract.

The American Founding Fathers opposed Monarchy and sought to establish a Republic. The Family Courts (in America and elsewhere) have de facto reestablished absolutely tyrannical monarchical control over the fundamental freedoms of every individual involved in any sort of “family” (divorce or child or elder-related) dispute.

On September 17, 1787, a group of men gathered in a closed meeting room to sign the greatest vision of human freedom in history, the U.S. Constitution. And it was Benjamin Franklin who made the motion to sign the document in his last great speech.

The Constitutional Convention started in May 1787 in Pennsylvania’s State House (which is now called Independence Hall). During four months of deliberations, the delegates drew up a plan for a new form of republican government that replaced a weak central government established by the Articles of Confederation.

In the midst of the announcement of the white civil rights event known as “Unite the Right II”, the Right is enduring an increasingly severe divergence among its adherents. Civic nationalists oppose ethnic nationalists with enormous vehemence, as was recently seen in the internal conflict between Conservatives at the “Speak English Please” and “Trump Unity” rallies; national socialists and other radicals within the Alt-Right have retaliated with heightened aggression and radicalized rhetoric, and leftist terrorists and agitators like Antifa and Black Lives Matter loom over, thoroughly searching for any meager opportunity to further subvert and desecrate the movement. Organizers of the UTR event, including myself, have been doxxed, repeatedly harassed, and physically threatened. Meanwhile, moderates, alternative Libertarians and others are forced into a state of perplexity while observing the tumultuous incongruity surrounding them. As an individual who resides within the core of this inflamed ideological warfare, I have contemplated extensively on how to salvage the advantageous elements of the movement and construct a new ideology of populism and nationalistic identity that may garner greater support from moderates, alternative libertarians, identitarians, and those of intellectual merit in the Alt-Right.

President Trump’s zero-tolerance policy for illegal border crossers has provoked a hysterical reaction from Democrats, establishment Republicans, the progressive-liberal media, Hollywood radicals, and the deep state. What particularly motivated the ire of these Trump-haters was the fact that the zero-tolerance policy would require the separation of parents and children at the border. The hysteria was, of course, completely insincere and fabricated, given that the policy of separating children and parents was nothing new—it had been a policy of the Obama and Bush administrations as well.

Furthermore, where is the compassion for the thousands of American children who are separated from their parents every year as a result of arrests and convictions for non-violent crimes? Many of those arrested are single mothers whose infants become wards of the government until their mothers complete their sentences. No hysteria or effusive compassion is elicited by these separations, confirming that the object of the hysteria surrounding illegal border crossers is to force open borders on the nation under the guise of compassion for children.

Police have made at least two arrests in the killing of the mayor of a small North Carolina town and his wife, authorities announced Friday.

Leggett Mayor Gary Skelton and his wife, Jackie, were found dead in their home Thursday afternoon. Police went to the home after they got a call that Jackie Skelton, a nurse, failed to show up for work, police said.

“It sickens me and they were the epitome of good people. They were awesomely good people,” Town Commissioner Teresa Summerlin told WRAL.

Edgecombe County Sheriff Cleveland Atkinson announced Friday that Keith Earl Williams, 25, who lived in the area and has a criminal history, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. A second man, who was not identified, was also arrested.
