Ten Observations About the Massive Tax Fraud Scheme Involving Illegal Aliens

Dan Poole | They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Sometimes the simple facts of a story are worth a thousand words as well. The story here is a tax fraud scheme in which illegal aliens from Mexico use a loophole to steal $4.2 billion every single year from American taxpayers. Here are the grisly details:

Each spring, at tax preparation offices all across the nation, many illegal immigrants are now eagerly filing tax returns to take advantage of a tax loophole, using their ITIN numbers to get huge refunds from the IRS.

The loophole is called the Additional Child Tax Credit. It’s a fully-refundable credit of up to $1000 per child, and it’s meant to help working families who have children living at home.

But 13 Investigates has found many undocumented workers are claiming the tax credit for kids who live in Mexico – lots of kids in Mexico.

“We’ve seen sometimes 10 or 12 dependents, most times nieces and nephews, on these tax forms,” the whistleblower told Eyewitness News. “The more you put on there, the more you get back.”

Child Credit Tax Fraud

What follows are ten simple observations about this story which are designed to get people thinking about the evil abomination that is the American immigration system. Without further ado:

  1. Considering that 142 million tax returns were filed in 2008, and considering that 52 million of those returns have no tax liability, that means this $4.2 billion scheme cost every single taxpayer an average of roughly $47. That might not sound like a lot, but then consider how strongly Barack Obama touted $40 in savings from the payroll tax cut.
  2. The $47 from every single taxpayer every single year is not an act of charity. It is illegal theft. Stealing is not an act of charity. Stealing is only an act of charity if you don’t believe in private property to begin with.
  3. Even if we assume that the $47 from every single taxpayer is an act of charity, that wealth is redistributed to illegal foreigners whose very presence in this country makes them criminal invaders.
  4. The fact that illegals in this $4.2 billion scheme write down a dozen dependents at a time shows that they are not the honorable, law-abiding persons that Progressives claim they are. Illegals are not only invaders, they are thieves.
  5. The supermajority of the 90 million taxpayers are white, which means this $4.2 billion scheme is yet another example of wealth redistributed from whites to non-whites, and all in the name of “Social Justice.”
  6. The IRS refuses to do anything about this $4.2 billion scheme, which means the IRS is illegally and immorally working against its own citizens. The IRS thus has no loyalty to the American people. It exists to steal income and fleece those who have no obligation to share it.
  7. In the few short weeks since this $4.2 billion scheme was exposed, the left wing media has given it the silent treatment. The left wing media undeniably supports this $4.2 billion scheme.
  8. If the borders were secured, the gates closed, and the 12 million illegals deported, this $4.2 billion scheme wouldn’t exist. For that matter, America never had massive problems like this $4.2 billion scheme before the “anti-racist” 1965 immigration bill was passed.
  9. There was a time in the United States when this $4.2 billion scheme would have caused a national uproar. But now-a-days, the traditional American majority would rather die a thousand paper cuts than risk being called a “racist” or a “hater.”
  10. If America maintains the status quo on its immigration policy, this $4.2 billion scheme will just get worse and worse, and more billion-dollar schemes like it will pop up. If left unchecked, there will be a snowball effect which can’t be stopped until it ruins America’s finances.

In summary, this $4.2 billion scheme is yet another example of the suicidal nature of the American immigration system. The ongoing tsunami of third world immigration “enriches” America in the same way Japan was “enriched” by uranium when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were nuked.

America is being bitten, and the question is, when will America bite back?

People, keep pounding this story into everyone’s head around you. If they won’t listen, smack ’em one good and make them listen.

This story is of the utmost importance, and if this story doesn’t move them to blood-boiling, ferocious righteous anger than you are dealing with zombies among you.

This is outrageous! And what's even more outrageous is the fact that the IRS doesn't seem to care!
