A3P Remembers Fallen and Looks Toward Future

Several of our Southern California members spent the morning attending a Memorial Day ceremony at their local cemetery in the city of Santa Ana. While a somber occasion, especially for those whose loved ones lay below, the festive nature of this particular ceremony encouraged a general patriotic atmosphere, reminding the A3P members in attendance that there is still much in our country worth fighting for, and that this is only because others before us fell believing the same.

Giving one’s life is, of course, the greatest sacrifice a person can make for his country. Whether the war be ‘right’ or ‘wrong,’ death is still as final. Nations stand, ultimately, on their ability to defend themselves. Soldiers who die for our country deserve every accolade imaginable.

Our current governing establishment views the world as a giant chess board. To them, we really are a bunch of sacrificial pawns. For quite some time, the ruling elite have used our military as its brute-squad, bullying or burying anyone opposed to their agenda.

Ordinary Americans oppose the misuse of our military. We hate to see the finest of our countrymen die in sand-pits half the World away. To us, American soldiers should be sent into harm’s way only to defend their homes and their families. Their role should never be as minions of global corporate interests.

Our party represents not only a middle-ground between the Republicans and Democrats, but something outside of – and apart from – the establishment, entirely. Regular Americans would never commit their friends and family to fight and die on behalf of nation-less moneyed conspirators; nor would they use other people’s children to kill otherwise neutral foreigners in order to protect a third country that everyone in our own land is actually even afraid of talking about.

No nation is perfect, and ours never has been. Although much of our past must have been better than most of what is today, our country, like every other, has a bloody history of misguided conflict, however honorable, brave, and heroic may have been the individuals who suffered and gloried in those struggles.

Our job, as the latest generations of Americans, is to learn from the past and to correct its mistakes, so as to provide a better future for our children. One lesson with which nearly everyone is familiar is that some people are willing to do terrible things in order to acquire money. If allowed and able, these people will start and prolong wars so as to profit by them. While incredible to think about, history provides us examples of this, over and over.

The current establishment whether Republican or Democrat, is for the most part bloody handed and bloody minded. The members of our party hope and assume that a good number of Americans will soon have had enough of the war-as-economy-booster type of government. We work toward eventually acquiring the capacity to challenge the establishment, thereby offering ordinary Americans the opportunity to represent themselves, their families, and the future of our race and nation.
