Crooked Politics: Obama Lost in Every State With Photo ID Law

November 7 | Was the election stolen? Remember all those lawsuits by Democrats demanding that any voter identification laws be repealed. Well, now we know why they filed them. They needed to steal the vote in certain key states so that Obama could be reelected.

Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.

Romney also likely had the states of Florida and Ohio stolen from him, which don’t require photo IDs. Ohio requires a non-photo ID. Would a library card do? Florida “requests” a photo ID, but doesn’t require it. So what happens if they request a photo ID and the illegal alien Haitian doesn’t have one? Do they just count the vote anyway?

Election Comparison Voter Id Laws

Add to all this, electronic vote fraud. An article from the Blaze reports “Last week, TheBlaze brought you a story from a North Carolina voting precinct using electronic voting machines that was already experiencing issues where votes for GOP candidate Mitt Romney were being changed to Democratic candidate Barack Obama. Now, it’s allegedly happening again, this time in both Kansas and Ohio — and we talked to a vendor supporting the machines about the issue. Nancy from Topeka, Kan., who asked that her last name not be used for reasons pertaining to her husband’s work, told TheBlaze she fears if voters aren’t double checking their selections, they’ll be ‘robbed of their vote.’ Nancy explained that while her husband was casting a vote for Romney, the touchscreen highlighted Obama. “He played around with the field a little and realized that in order to vote for Romney, his finger had to be exactly on the mark,” Nancy wrote in an email. She said ‘the invisible Obama field came down about 1/4 [of an inch]‘ into what should technically have been the Romney area”

Funny how this “glitch” only benefited Obama while stealing votes from Romney. I wonder how many other “glitches” were out there and how big a role they played in Obama’s “victory”.

No incumbent president in the last 60 years has won reelection with the unemployment rate as high as it currently is. The only way left for the Democrats to keep Obama in office was to steal the election. Obama failed to win ANY states with photo ID laws for voters, but he did win all the swing states which require no voter ID. Add to this electronic “glitches” that gave Obama votes meant for Romney, and it’s pretty obvious what happened on November 6th, 2012. We just became a Third World country.

In Chicago, Obama shows his ID before voting. (Illinois has no Voter ID Law.)

2012 Voter ID Laws:

Voter Id by States

* New voter ID law has not yet been implemented; state presently has no voter ID law in effect.

** New voter ID law has not yet been implemented; an older voter ID law remains in effect.

(1) In Alabama, South Carolina and Texas, current non-photo voter ID laws stay in effect for the time being. The new photo voter ID requirements will take effect after receiving preclearance under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. South Carolina and Texas were denied pre-clearance in December 2011 and March 2012, respectively. Alabama’s new photo ID law has a 2014 effective date, and the state has not yet applied for pre-clearance. The Texas law was recently denied pre-clearance by a federal court in D.C.; a similar court is currently considering South Carolina’s law.

(2) Wisconsin’s voter ID law was declared unconstitutional on March 12, 2012. Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess issued a permanent injunction barring enforcement of the law, which the state has said it will appeal. Read the March 6 injunction and the March 12 injunction.

(3) There are some who prefer to call Oklahoma a photo voter ID state, because most voters will show a photo ID before voting. However, Oklahoma law also permits a voter registration card issued by the appropriate county elections board to serve as proof of identity in lieu of photo ID.

(4) Rhode Island’s voter ID law takes effect in two stages. The first stage, requiring a non-photo ID, took effect on January 1, 2012. On January 1, 2014, a photo ID requirement will replace the non-photo ID law.

(5) Alabama’s new photo ID requirement takes effect with the 2014 statewide primary election. The new law also requires preclearance. The delayed implementation date was intended to ensure that the timing of preclearance did not occur between the primary and general elections of 2012, thus creating voter confusion.

(6) Mississippi’s new voter ID law was passed via the citizen initiative process. However, the language in constitutional amendment passed by MS voters on Nov. 8 is very general, and implementing legislation will be required before the amendment can take effect. The MS provision will also require pre-clearance under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act before it can take effect.

(7) A state judge temporarily blocked enforcement of Pennsylvania’s new voter ID law. It will not be in effect for the November 2012 election, and a trial on its permanent status will begin after the election.

Now is the time to consider building and supporting American Third Position party. Support A3P. The ONLY party that advocates for European American values and interests.

Obama won Virginia, which does have voter I.D.
3 million Republicans/conservatives failed to vote on Nov. 6th., thus ensuring
the re-election of Obama. Americans have now ratified their own demise.
    Good luck, America.

  26. Hunchback Jack says:

So, wait. How would this actually work in practice?

To take advantage of the lax voter ID laws, you'd need a significant number of people driving around to different polling booths, pretending to be people they know will either not vote, or vote in the undesired way, and vote the desired way in their stead. You would need a lot of people voting a lot of times for this to be even marginally effective.

So the problems I see with such a scheme are:
    * the chances of getting caught are reasonably high. Polling booths are local, so the chances one person will run into a voting official or another voter who actually knows the person they are impersonating are pretty good. The more people you have and the more times they vote, the higher the chance. If you’re caught, there’s no arguing your way out of it; you’ve just committed a felony, in front of witnesses.

    * if the real person comes in later, and finds their vote has already been cast, the polling officials must immediately report it as voter fraud. This would be a *big deal* – something we’d hear about on the news, liberal bias or no liberal bias.

    * Keeping such a scheme secret is a real problem. It would require hundreds of people to make any real difference. Eventually, one of those people will either panic and blow the whistle to the police in exchange for immunity, or try to go to the press to sell the story.

Even if you believe that all this is possible, or even likely, the biggest objection to this theory is the lax voter ID laws WORK BOTH WAYS. If you theorize that one side is able and willing to do it, based on the laxity of the laws alone, then you have to concede that the other side is doing it too.

The whole idea is just absurd.

Id are you kidding. In RI I thought you would need a license or state issued id, or passport, but no you could vote with a bus pass, debit card, school id, that does not mean you still reside in that town or city. you could have multiple addresses which I know people do. There was a lady in front of me in North Kingstown RI in the line to vote and another lady two people ahead of her. when the first lady went up to vote she voted then she came to the lady in front of me and said something I could not hear what it was she whispered and the lady in front of me left the line and never came back. Gee I wonder what she said something like you need an id here or something. What a joke. The dems were saying mitt was stealing the election cause they knew that is what they were doing. I wondered why Obumma never looked worried and still had his swagger about him even though we were being told mitt was winning.

Whoa baby. Perhaps if the republican states that practice "Voter suppression" by requesting extensive I.D. from those that most likely won't have it..i.e.(poor, elderly, non drivers) maybe Obama might have won those states also. Do you really think that voters are voting, then walking out, putting on fake beards and returning to vote again? Really? Perhaps non American citizens are voting? How did these people get here? Did Obama bring them in himself? Maybe he's been using stimulus cash to bus in illegal voters. Perhaps past Republican controlled governments let them in?
You guys got to get over it. You either figure out where your country really wants to go in the future or you'll never see a republican president again.
You guys are becoming an embarrassment around the world. Shameful.
Did anyone notice that the gathering of republicans waiting for Mitt to speak after he lost was filled with aging white guys.(some wearing monocles and top hats) Over in the Obama gathering you saw young and old, men and women, white, brown, black, red and yellow, heterosexuals and homosexuals. (hate that word, don't ya?) Stand on a street corner and look around. There's more out there than white rich old guys.
Wake up. Start helping your country out of the waist deep shit you're in.

Yes of the ** 4 ** states that require photo ID, Obama lost all of them. Don’t mention though that 3 out of 4 of these are historically Red/Republican states that would never have gone for Democrats nationally anyway (Kansas, Tennessee, Georgia). While Indiana was a reliably Republican state that temporarily swung for Obama in 2008. And (from what what I can tell ), the Indiana voter ID law was passed several years BEFORE the 2008 election.

After the Soviet Union fell, many ethnic minorities quickly established new countries. This is what happened when the old Yugoslavia fell apart. Old scores were settled and new nations were born. In Africa we continue to see tribal conflicts, a few of these conflicts (as those in the old Soviet Union and Yugoslavia) cost thousands of lives. We can speak of American Diversity all day long. But a long as people identify themselves with a "hyphen" we will have Tribes. Human Beings are more comfortable in their own "tribes", go visit any highs school cafeteria and you will see Hispanics sitting with Hispanics, Blacks with Blacks, etc. etc. Martin Luther King, Jr. said the most segregated hour in America is 11AM on Sundays when people attend church. Pushing diversity encourages separation. Sure there will be some "blending" but not enough to overcome the "tribal" feeling. Politicians see this as an opportunity for more power. In the end I do not see the great "blending" that America had in the past, the term "melting pot" is meaningless and that only applied probably to people of northern European heritage as were the original settlers. To govern American we will coalitions come and go. We are in a new paradigm. We best accept it and adjust. Tribes are here to stay.

Washington, Colorado, Ohio and Virginia all require ID of some sort (key phrase: of some sort), according to that graph. Obama won those states.

This article doesn't do a good job substantiating itself. The arguments put forward frequently aren't supported, or poorly so when they are, with assumptions or guesses. Even when sources are provided (exactly one), unsupported assumptions are drawn from them, which suggests someone with a political axe to grind. The voting machine problems mentioned, for instance, occurred in North Carolina and Kansas. Both voted for Romney. That is why, naturally, the author simply assumes it's going on elsewhere, and how it 'probably' led to Obama winning some key states. The glitch, as it is called here (it's a problem with screen calibration, which can happen with electronic touch screens), is naturally assumed to be deliberate in nature. The article also assumes lots of people got duped without knowing it, and that it was widespread. But it doesn't matter, all you need to know is that votes were "stolen" from Romney! The report also ignores cases where the opposite actually occurred; i.e., voting machines that turned to Romney when voters tried voting for Obama. There was a voting machine in Pennsylvania that ended up doing that, which was heavily covered in online news sources (including becoming a viral video on YouTube). Conclusion? Broken machine; problems with screen calibration, as mentioned above. It ended up being fixed while the man who reported it voted in another booth.

Voter fraud, when it actually has been known to occur and prosecuted, happens when individuals (i.e. voters themselves) attempt to commit it. In this way, documented cases can be counted with your fingers. When you consider the many millions who vote in each and every election, that number is negligible as makes no difference whatsoever. As far as rigged elections go, that charge has been leveled at an American presidential election since…what, the beginning of the nation?

What this article is, is typical biased crap from someone with a political agenda. It attempts to argue persuasively for its case but does so with little to support it other than what it believes to be righteous anger, but what comes across as arrogant, disingenuous nonsense.

we still have an alien president that to this day has never produced a legal birth certificate thats BS and always will be..it`s a sign of rules and regulations do not apply. and yes a photo ID should be and always be required..when I went to the poll in my town..a black women handed me a Democratic ballot already made out and started asking me personal questions..I had just one..where are you from? New Hamshire..this is my Fla. hometown..take you`re comic strips and get out of my face..then they hit me with where is you`re photo ID? right here!! so that did not happen everywhere..that`s BS! and the whole election process is BS! just take Obama the political spendthrift outlaw from Kenya and enjoy the next four years of destruction of the USA.

  77. Your map shows only 4 states that require voter ID, and looking at their presidential voting history, it appears unlikely that any of them would have gone to Obama anyhow. Kansas has gone Republican every election since at least 1972 (I didn't check further back than that). Indiana has only gone Democrat once since 1972, in 2008 (I guess they learned their lesson). Tennessee and Georgia have both gone Democrat three times since 1972, but neither went for Obama in 2008 so it's doubtful that they would have done so in 2012.

  78. James says:

Some corrections need to be made to this article, you're blatantly spreading lies to enrage people and to crank up the conspiracy theorists. Funny how no one on the republican party said a word about voter fraud in 2000 and 2004.

According to your post, there are only FOUR states in the union that require a photo ID. Four states that historically have voted republican (exception for Indiana in '08).

So then we go the states that "request" photo ID (whatever that means) and of those six states, Obama won two (three once Florida is done counting).

And then we have the states that require a non-photo ID, of which Obama won 9 out of 20.

So what's your point here? Oh, I see. You're saying that had the "close" states without ID laws required identification, then Romney would have won? Strange logic, but okay…. re-reading your post then, you need to change your theory about the electoral college, because you included COLORADO in your math equation, and as your own graphic says, Colorado did require ID to vote. So take away those 9 hypothetical electoral college votes, and Romney still loses.

Please don't censor this post again, we do live in America remember. Everyone's voice deserves to be heard.

We have repeated the fraudulent election of Chavez in Venezuela wherein he stole the elections through the computer software used to record and tally the votes! We used this same Venezuelan Company! Don’t take my word! Google SMARTMATIC, a Florida Company intertwined with SEQUOIA and see for yourself! The Carter Commission were the “Observers” who certified the veracity of the election of Chavez; Obama arranged for the UN to stand in Carter’s place to certify our election returns! Oh, for a Congress with some guts! Darrell Issa can only do so much! We must rally an audit of the returns! I do not believe that the Senate control was won by the Democrats, either! Millions of Christians were praying and I know God heard! We must fight this!

  82. TheTruth says:

I'm very confused about your picture here. So basically what you're saying is in the 4 states where a photo ID is required, he lost. Your whole point is that he lost 4 states that typically vote Republican regardless.

According to your pictures, the states that "request" photo ID, he won 2 (likely 3 with Florida) of the 6… and of the states that require a non-photo ID, he won Vermont, Rhode Island, Virginia, Delaware, Ohio, Colorado, Washington, and Hawaii.

Oh I see, you're trying to say that hypothetically if the "close" states had ID laws then Romney would have won. I see. Well you should edit your first paragraph then, because you listed Colorado and according to your picture, Colorado is a state that requires ID. Take away those 9 hypothetical electoral votes and Romney still loses.

    Get over it.

    Wisconsin trending republican?

    —————————-

The only reason why I looked at Wisconsin is because of the recent anecdotal evidence with the Scott Walker elections in both 2010 and 2012. It immediately jumped at me that something just did not seem right. In fact, Scott Walker increased his victory margin in his recall election just 5 months ago from his prior election in 2010.

So, to summarize, statewide there is recent anecdotal evidence that Wisconsin was trending more republican – not less.

Then I decided to look at a county by county breakdown of votes comparing Scott Walker (R)/Tom Barrett (D) on 5 June 2012 (5 months prior) vs Barrack Obama (D)/Mitt Romney (R) on 6 November 2012 (5 months later).

Below is a breakdown of voting in 3 counties in Wisconsin.

    —————————-

    Marinette County:

Walker got 61.9% of the vote. He got 10,267 votes. Barrett got 37.6% of the vote. He got 6,242 votes.

Romney got 51% of the vote. He got 10,609 votes. Obama got 48% of the vote. He got 9,868 votes.

Romney got about 440 more republican votes. Obama got about 3,620 more democrat votes.

That's approximately 4,060 more voters voting than those that voted 5 months ago. Of those 4,060 new voters: 10.8% voted republican/89.1% voted democrat.

    —————————-

    Door County:

Walker got 56.8% of the vote. He got 8,401 votes. Barrett got 42.7% of the vote. He got 6,308 votes.

Romney got 46% of the vote. He got 8,109 votes. Obama got 53% of the vote. He got 9,338 votes.

Romney had a net loss of about 290 republican votes. Obama netted about 3,030 more democrat votes.

That's approximately 2,740 more voters. All 100% of those 2,740 new votes went to the democrat.

    —————————-

    Marathon County:

Walker got 62.1% of the vote. He got 36,352 votes. Barrett got 37.2% of the vote. He got 21,809 votes.

Romney got 53% of the vote. He got 36,568 votes. Obama got 46% of the vote. He got 32,330 votes.

Romney got about 215 more republican votes. Obama got about 10,520 more democrat votes.

That's about 10,735 more voters. Of those 10,735 new voters: only 2% voted republican/and an astounding 98% voted democrat.

    —————————-

This is just 3 counties. In every county I looked at, these skewed numbers continued. Some weren't as bad. But all of them failed the eyeball test.

Something is just not right. And if it is not right in Wisconsin, then where else is it just not right?

  89. Whites Must Unite says:

There's no question this election was stolen. No question. Wisconsin tied in the polls, then Obama wins it by 9 points, I dont' think so.

Enthusiasm clearly favored the Republicans, Independents favored Romney by huge margins, yet we are supposed to believe these results?

We now know that voting is nothing but a sham in this country. As if we didn't realize that after the acorn debacle in 20008, this is further confirmation

  90. ritamalik says:

Even though I personally do not rule out Obama winning or at least getting a portion of his already razor thin margin by voter fraud and have heard of many many reports from people who watched the precincts of strange irregularities happening and their protests going nowhere because of Dem lawyers interventions or just getting kicked out of the precinct unceremoniously, but I think your argument doesn't work. Because those states which have ID laws were not swing states. They were Red states. Obama would have no chance there either way.

But having said that Obama's Chicago machine would have been perfectly capable eking out a victory for him by bussing people around to vote several times and in several States and precincts under false names. The usual Democrat Tammany Hall crap done to perfection. Remember even many Democrats openly talked about Obama's dirty GOTV machine when he was battling in the primaries with Hillary. Then Hillary supporters and Clintons were screaming to high heavens then and MSM was looking the other way as usual but now of course are silent and if we say something we are conspiracy theory peddlers and sour grapes! His machine openly paid Chicago inner city people and bussed them to Iowa caucuses and won Iowa against all odds against well poised Hillary. And it happened in the rest of the primaries too and was talked about. So we know they are well capable of that. They are from Chicago after all.

Obama's margin of "victory" in the popular vote was very very small if you take his California margin away. Less than one point. It was a Romney Popular vote win until they were almost done with other states and some of California was in too. So I do not rule out dirty stuff at all. But ID states would go to Romney anyway.

Now NYT writes that Obama did such a great GOTV and study of the potential voter market job that in FL got some massive votes out of populations that Romney camp didn't even know existed and caught them by surprise! Well… maybe they really didn't exist or were not eligible to vote!

Either way it was a small victory and shame on our side for not turning out in bigger numbers and offsetting all the possible fraud. If it is not close they cannot cheat! Remember. And don't forget either way Obama has no mandate! His margin was tiny!

  91. CBA says:

BluesDude, no we do not. Supposedly we would be asked to show them ( I was not) but not required to in order to vote.

  93. Leslie says:

Memphis only required a library card and you do not even have to be a citizen to get one of those. So, the whole state of TN does not necessarily require a photo ID. :(

  94. nte says:

illegals have drivers licenses and need no proof of citizenship to register to vote in nevada. they just have to check a box to attest they are a citizen–so id's are not the holy grail against fraud either

No, more like put you in a job you can ACTUALLY support your families with. If you pay someone else to mow your lawn, clean your house and watch your children…..You can AFFORD a tax increase!

  97. BluesDude says:

PA has a voter ID law. This report says we do not. Obama won here.

  98. Yule says:

One does have to wonder how many of those Latino votes that carried Obama to victory were from illegal aliens or Undocumented Democrats.

The Romney pollsters had wildly different expectations. For example, from CNN: ‘Heading into Election Day, the Romney campaign’s final set of internal poll numbers showed their candidate with a 6-point lead in New Hampshire, a 3-point lead in Colorado, a 2-point lead in Iowa, a 3-point lead in Florida and near ties in Virginia and Pennsylvania.’

Given the $$$ he spent, I do find it hard to believe Romney’s team were that wrong unless they made the apparently foolish decision to not include illegals as ‘likely voters’ !!! Obama was sitting pretty because they knew illegals would be voting.

  99. jcgmich29 says:

Only four states required photo ID. Sure photo ID is important, but the headline would have been more meaningful if say 10 states had the photo ID law and all went Romney.

What about just having a President who doesn't have a fraudulently created long-form Birth Certificate? Please can we start there; impeach and imprison his fake, cheating, lying ass?

Failing that welcome white America to your demographic future.

Obviously the only people laughing now (aside from 99% of non-white voters) are the Zionists.

It's all going to plan, thank you for your face YT but you're no longer relevant; particularly as we set-up and installed these "electronic" voting machines.

A wise old stick once said that "it's not the people who cast the votes in an elcetion that matters; it's the people who count them" In this instance I believe never a truer word said.

America- Look at Brazil and Zimbawbwe. -That is your future. To have any chance to survive you must get rid of the root cause of 90% of this and expel the Talmudic Zionists and re-assert pride in the white race. Don't- and we're doomed.

  102. Curious says:

So… how did the A3P do in states where it was on the ballot? Haven’t seen a single word about it in the media.

  103. Carrie B says:

Voter ID was required, by recent law, here in Rhode Island.
Obama won Rhode Island by a landslide. Nay, an avalanche.

  104. Joseph says:

I think this article misses the mark; there are problems with electoral fraud, but this doesn’t really support itself well. For instance, here in NY I had to write in ‘Merlin Miller’, on a small sheet w/the magic marker they gave me. The first time through, inserting my ballot nearly negated it because it spilled over; after voiding that ballot, I made sure to write as small as possible.

However, you missed the possibility to discuss electronic voting and the glitches that come with it. Saying ‘curious how they only supported Obama’, when I’ve heard democrats bitching about having to correct their vote multiple times so it didn’t go to Romney, doesn’t help our point or elucidate everything wrong with it.

Similarly, the possibility of illegals voting in states where ID isn’t required was barely touched. Again, elucidation would’ve gone a long way. Saying ‘curious Obama didn’t win any states w/ Voting ID laws’ doesn’t count; you’d have to build on that how the illegal vote could have turned things for him. Creating unfounded conspiracy theories doesn’t do us any good.

  105. Heddia Roma says:

Get over it. Obama won because the nation knew he was still the best man for the job. The reason he lost in states with voter ID laws is that these are the states infested with conservatives who are pushing for these laws as a means of excluding legal poor people, immigrants and minorities from voting because they are the most likely to vote Democrat and are least likely to already have an ID. So it was a wasted effort to skew the electorate. Where there are already high enough concentrations of conservatives to enact these voter ID laws, there is no need to try to keep the legal disadvantaged from voting. No matter. The rest of the country has enough sense to make up for it. Obviously.

  106. Yule says:

While the election of Obama means a faster fall into third world status, at least it has gotten the TV discussion to be about Race and Demographics. This election was 100% about Race and Demographics and there was no way to avoid that in the election analysis.

Republicans will have to go more libertarian to have an intellectual basis for accepting illegals and hope to get the latino vote. This should at least make it clearer than ever that Republicans are not the party for White people.

With Obama in charge, the borders won't be protected for the next 4 years so things are going to get ugly – we Whites need to organize at the local level. Maybe not worry about Federal elections – just get some areas where we can protect ourselves.

  107. Randy says:

Your argument doesn't hold water. If a lack of an "ID required" law meant President Obama would win that state, then what about Nebraska, Mississippi, North Carolina and West Virgina? According to the map above, none of those states require ID, but they all went to Governor Romney.
In my opinion, this is just another sour-grapes attack. The election is over. Let's try to focus on working together instead of tearing each other down, since we've seen how well that policy has worked. The "gridlock" in Congress could be ended by the Republicans, as well as the Democrats. God bless America.
