Crooked Politics: Obama Lost in Every State With Photo ID Law

November 7 | Was the election stolen? Remember all those lawsuits by Democrats demanding that any voter identification laws be repealed. Well, now we know why they filed them. They needed to steal the vote in certain key states so that Obama could be reelected.

Curiously, Obama lost in every state that requires a photo ID to be produced before voting. A list of closely contested state elections with no voter ID, which narrowly went to Obama include: Minnesota (10), Iowa (6), Wisconsin (10), Nevada (6), Colorado (9), New Mexico (5) and Pennsylvania (20). This amounts to a total of 66 electoral votes. When added to Romney’s total of 205 electoral votes, that would give Romney 271 electoral votes, enough votes to win even without Ohio or Florida.

Romney also likely had the states of Florida and Ohio stolen from him, which don’t require photo IDs. Ohio requires a non-photo ID. Would a library card do? Florida “requests” a photo ID, but doesn’t require it. So what happens if they request a photo ID and the illegal alien Haitian doesn’t have one? Do they just count the vote anyway?

Election Comparison Voter Id Laws

Add to all this, electronic vote fraud. An article from the Blaze reports “Last week, TheBlaze brought you a story from a North Carolina voting precinct using electronic voting machines that was already experiencing issues where votes for GOP candidate Mitt Romney were being changed to Democratic candidate Barack Obama. Now, it’s allegedly happening again, this time in both Kansas and Ohio — and we talked to a vendor supporting the machines about the issue. Nancy from Topeka, Kan., who asked that her last name not be used for reasons pertaining to her husband’s work, told TheBlaze she fears if voters aren’t double checking their selections, they’ll be ‘robbed of their vote.’ Nancy explained that while her husband was casting a vote for Romney, the touchscreen highlighted Obama. “He played around with the field a little and realized that in order to vote for Romney, his finger had to be exactly on the mark,” Nancy wrote in an email. She said ‘the invisible Obama field came down about 1/4 [of an inch]‘ into what should technically have been the Romney area”

Funny how this “glitch” only benefited Obama while stealing votes from Romney. I wonder how many other “glitches” were out there and how big a role they played in Obama’s “victory”.

No incumbent president in the last 60 years has won reelection with the unemployment rate as high as it currently is. The only way left for the Democrats to keep Obama in office was to steal the election. Obama failed to win ANY states with photo ID laws for voters, but he did win all the swing states which require no voter ID. Add to this electronic “glitches” that gave Obama votes meant for Romney, and it’s pretty obvious what happened on November 6th, 2012. We just became a Third World country.

In Chicago, Obama shows his ID before voting. (Illinois has no Voter ID Law.)

2012 Voter ID Laws:

Voter Id by States

* New voter ID law has not yet been implemented; state presently has no voter ID law in effect.

** New voter ID law has not yet been implemented; an older voter ID law remains in effect.

(1) In Alabama, South Carolina and Texas, current non-photo voter ID laws stay in effect for the time being. The new photo voter ID requirements will take effect after receiving preclearance under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act. South Carolina and Texas were denied pre-clearance in December 2011 and March 2012, respectively. Alabama’s new photo ID law has a 2014 effective date, and the state has not yet applied for pre-clearance. The Texas law was recently denied pre-clearance by a federal court in D.C.; a similar court is currently considering South Carolina’s law.

(2) Wisconsin’s voter ID law was declared unconstitutional on March 12, 2012. Dane County Circuit Judge Richard Niess issued a permanent injunction barring enforcement of the law, which the state has said it will appeal. Read the March 6 injunction and the March 12 injunction.

(3) There are some who prefer to call Oklahoma a photo voter ID state, because most voters will show a photo ID before voting. However, Oklahoma law also permits a voter registration card issued by the appropriate county elections board to serve as proof of identity in lieu of photo ID.

(4) Rhode Island’s voter ID law takes effect in two stages. The first stage, requiring a non-photo ID, took effect on January 1, 2012. On January 1, 2014, a photo ID requirement will replace the non-photo ID law.

(5) Alabama’s new photo ID requirement takes effect with the 2014 statewide primary election. The new law also requires preclearance. The delayed implementation date was intended to ensure that the timing of preclearance did not occur between the primary and general elections of 2012, thus creating voter confusion.

(6) Mississippi’s new voter ID law was passed via the citizen initiative process. However, the language in constitutional amendment passed by MS voters on Nov. 8 is very general, and implementing legislation will be required before the amendment can take effect. The MS provision will also require pre-clearance under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act before it can take effect.

(7) A state judge temporarily blocked enforcement of Pennsylvania’s new voter ID law. It will not be in effect for the November 2012 election, and a trial on its permanent status will begin after the election.

Now is the time to consider building and supporting American Third Position party. Support A3P. The ONLY party that advocates for European American values and interests.

Obama won Virginia, which does have voter I.D.
3 million Republicans/conservatives failed to vote on Nov. 6th., thus ensuring
the re-election of Obama. Americans have now ratified their own demise.
    Good luck, America.

  27. Hunchback Jack says:

So, wait. How would this actually work in practice?

To take advantage of the lax voter ID laws, you'd need a significant number of people driving around to different polling booths, pretending to be people they know will either not vote, or vote in the undesired way, and vote the desired way in their stead. You would need a lot of people voting a lot of times for this to be even marginally effective.

So the problems I see with such a scheme are:
    * the chances of getting caught are reasonably high. Polling booths are local, so the chances one person will run into a voting official or another voter who actually knows the person they are impersonating are pretty good. The more people you have and the more times they vote, the higher the chance. If you’re caught, there’s no arguing your way out of it; you’ve just committed a felony, in front of witnesses.

    * if the real person comes in later, and finds their vote has already been cast, the polling officials must immediately report it as voter fraud. This would be a *big deal* – something we’d hear about on the news, liberal bias or no liberal bias.

    * Keeping such a scheme secret is a real problem. It would require hundreds of people to make any real difference. Eventually, one of those people will either panic and blow the whistle to the police in exchange for immunity, or try to go to the press to sell the story.

Even if you believe that all this is possible, or even likely, the biggest objection to this theory is the lax voter ID laws WORK BOTH WAYS. If you theorize that one side is able and willing to do it, based on the laxity of the laws alone, then you have to concede that the other side is doing it too.

The whole idea is just absurd.

    • American3P says:

I don\’t see the chances of getting caught as very high. What is to stop a poll-worker from being in cahoots?

Also, you don\’t mention dead voters. Those who vote again and again.

And your are right! It can work both ways! All the more reason to establish an effective Voter-ID law!

      • Hunchback Jack says:

It's not a matter of a poll-worker being "in cahoots" or not. For this to work, you either need a lot of fake voters, or each fake voter voting a high number of times at different booths, or – most likely – both. Otherwise, you're just not going to get enough fake votes in to make a difference – or to be worth the risk.

The more people involved, and the more votes they cast, the more likely one of them will get caught. The more people involved, the harder it is to keep the whole thing quiet before, during or after. Trying to rig an election by impersonating voters – dead or alive – is too impractical to be effective.

Look, I think that we should have stricter ID laws across the board. No argument there. Lax voter ID laws make individual instances of voter fraud easier to commit and harder to detect.

But the idea that either political party is deliberately using lax voter law in order to commit wide-scale voter fraud to their advantage is just absurd. The logistics are a nightmare, the risk of detection is high, and the potential downside is enormous.

And the idea that one of the parties might be doing it while the other isn't (ie that stricter laws would have changed the outcome of the election) is just irrational nonsense.

        • American3P says:

I\’m sorry. I disagree. In Alabama, poll workers were busted for voter fraud.

What about mail in ballots? The entire issue of PHOTO ID is an excellent way to prevent voter fraud.

          • Hunchback Jack says:

I'm not arguing there shouldn't be tighter voter ID laws. Read my last reply again – I say clearly that they should be more strict. Nor am I denying that voter fraud happens.

But this article is implying – I would go so far as to say "claiming" – is that stricter laws would have changed the outcome of the election.

That is absurd. There's no evidence that lax voter laws benefits one party over the other. There's no evidence that either political party is deliberately using lax voter law in order to commit wide-scale voter fraud to their advantage. There's also no evidence that stricter laws would have changed the outcome of the election – as that claim assumes *only one* of the parties is committing such fraud in states with lax voter ID laws.

Like all conspiracy theories, when you step back and actually consider how many people would need to be involved to orchestrate and execute the scheme successfully, and how hard it would be to keep the whole thing a secret as a result, you quickly realize that there's no way either party would risk it.

  30. Donna Harrington says:

Id are you kidding. In RI I thought you would need a license or state issued id, or passport, but no you could vote with a bus pass, debit card, school id, that does not mean you still reside in that town or city. you could have multiple addresses which I know people do. There was a lady in front of me in North Kingstown RI in the line to vote and another lady two people ahead of her. when the first lady went up to vote she voted then she came to the lady in front of me and said something I could not hear what it was she whispered and the lady in front of me left the line and never came back. Gee I wonder what she said something like you need an id here or something. What a joke. The dems were saying mitt was stealing the election cause they knew that is what they were doing. I wondered why Obumma never looked worried and still had his swagger about him even though we were being told mitt was winning.

    • Hunchback Jack says:

‘Never came back’? Really? All day? You stayed to check?

Perhaps you’re right and they did not have ID – and went home to get it, came back later, and voted as is their right. Perhaps they could not vote at that booth, and had to go to another. Or, perhaps, as you say, they were planning to vote illegally – for Romney.

Look, I think photo ID should be required to vote, period. But there’s no evidence that there’s some concerted effort to game the system by having people impersonate registered voters – by either party. None.

The anecdote you gave is not evidence. You would only conclude that it indicated fraud if were predisposed to believe it. That is not deduction, that’s confirmation bias.

      • American3P says:

I have read recent reports were voters voted for Obama 100% in some districts. And 138% in a Florida district.

        Does that tell you anything?

        • Hunchback Jack says:

Well, I'd like to see the source for those figures, particularly the "137%" one. How that would even be recorded without someone catching and questioning it is beyond me.

But the "100%" result doesn't surprise me too much. "100%" does not mean that not one single person voted for Romney – it just means less than one in a hundred did. Districts are small. I can well imagine districts in which less that one in a hundred people voted for Romney or for Obama (depending on the district). There are probably individual districts in which less than one in a thousand did.

What would be more meaningful is if these districts traditionally voted differently. That would be an indication that something was amiss.

But even if we take this anecdotal statistic as evidence for fraud, it is certainly not the result of *voter* fraud. It's most likely a result of a manipulation of the count. That's a concern – and I hope an investigation is underway, if this statistic is unprecedented – but it has nothing to do with the issues raised by this article.

  33. Rob Fitzpatrick says:

Whoa baby. Perhaps if the republican states that practice "Voter suppression" by requesting extensive I.D. from those that most likely won't have it..i.e.(poor, elderly, non drivers) maybe Obama might have won those states also. Do you really think that voters are voting, then walking out, putting on fake beards and returning to vote again? Really? Perhaps non American citizens are voting? How did these people get here? Did Obama bring them in himself? Maybe he's been using stimulus cash to bus in illegal voters. Perhaps past Republican controlled governments let them in?
You guys got to get over it. You either figure out where your country really wants to go in the future or you'll never see a republican president again.
You guys are becoming an embarrassment around the world. Shameful.
Did anyone notice that the gathering of republicans waiting for Mitt to speak after he lost was filled with aging white guys.(some wearing monocles and top hats) Over in the Obama gathering you saw young and old, men and women, white, brown, black, red and yellow, heterosexuals and homosexuals. Voters arriving to the polls without ID will be required to vote a provisional ballot and will have until noon on the Friday after the election to deliver a copy of identification to their locality\’s electoral board in order for their provisional ballot to be counted.

Photo is NOT required but it is accepted if you have one.

Also here is another form of ID accepted:

But a long as people identify themselves with a "hyphen" we will have Tribes. Human Beings are more comfortable in their own "tribes", go visit any highs school cafeteria and you will see Hispanics sitting with Hispanics, Blacks with Blacks, etc. etc. Martin Luther King, Jr. said the most segregated hour in America is 11AM on Sundays when people attend church. Pushing diversity encourages separation. Sure there will be some "blending" but not enough to overcome the "tribal" feeling. Politicians see this as an opportunity for more power. In the end I do not see the great "blending" that America had in the past, the term "melting pot" is meaningless and that only applied probably to people of northern European heritage as were the original settlers. To govern American we will coalitions come and go. We are in a new paradigm. We best accept it and adjust. Tribes are here to stay.

I do believe there was a lot of voter fraud And it probably did cost Mitt the election. Just for the record At least Lee County in Florida does require a photo ID. they require a state issued drivers license. my wife was turned away because she had state issued insurance licenes WITH PHOTO she had to go home get her drivers license then wait in line 2 more hours before they let her VOTE.

It's state law for Florida, not just Lee County. And you have good poll workers who seem to know the law. That's nice to hear.

  69. Help says:

As someone who wrote the A3P in I could honestly care who won. I am neither a Democrat nor a Republican. I am a white person trying to preserve a place in this society for white people and their rights.

However, when it comes to vote fraud, especially the kind we've witnessed late by groups like Acorn this becomes a problem for all Americans. It disenfranchises the voters of this nation when phoney votes are able to manipulate support for one candidate or the other. This is a serious violation of American freedom and can not be taken lightly.

  70. […] Could there really be voter ID fraud? Of course not….WRONG! […]

  71. Christy says:

OHIO DOES have voter ID laws, I know cos I live there!

  72. A Learned Voter says:

Washington, Colorado, Ohio and Virginia all require ID of some sort (key phrase: of some sort), according to that graph. Obama won those states.

This article doesn't do a good job substantiating itself. The arguments put forward frequently aren't supported, or poorly so when they are, with assumptions or guesses. Even when sources are provided (exactly one), unsupported assumptions are drawn from them, which suggests someone with a political axe to grind. The voting machine problems mentioned, for instance, occurred in North Carolina and Kansas. Both voted for Romney. That is why, naturally, the author simply assumes it's going on elsewhere, and how it 'probably' led to Obama winning some key states. The glitch, as it is called here (it's a problem with screen calibration, which can happen with electronic touch screens), is naturally assumed to be deliberate in nature. The article also assumes lots of people got duped without knowing it, and that it was widespread. But it doesn't matter, all you need to know is that votes were "stolen" from Romney! The report also ignores cases where the opposite actually occurred; i.e., voting machines that turned to Romney when voters tried voting for Obama. There was a voting machine in Pennsylvania that ended up doing that, which was heavily covered in online news sources (including becoming a viral video on YouTube). Conclusion? Broken machine; problems with screen calibration, as mentioned above. It ended up being fixed while the man who reported it voted in another booth.

Voter fraud, when it actually has been known to occur and prosecuted, happens when individuals (i.e. voters themselves) attempt to commit it. In this way, documented cases can be counted with your fingers. When you consider the many millions who vote in each and every election, that number is negligible as makes no difference whatsoever. As far as rigged elections go, that charge has been leveled at an American presidential election since…what, the beginning of the nation?

What this article is, is typical biased crap from someone with a political agenda. It attempts to argue persuasively for its case but does so with little to support it other than what it believes to be righteous anger, but what comes across as arrogant, disingenuous nonsense.

we still have an alien president that to this day has never produced a legal birth certificate thats BS and always will`s a sign of rules and regulations do not apply. and yes a photo ID should be and always be required..when I went to the poll in my town..a black women handed me a Democratic ballot already made out and started asking me personal questions..I had just one..where are you from? New Hamshire..this is my Fla. hometown..take you`re comic strips and get out of my face..then they hit me with where is you`re photo ID? right here!! so that did not happen everywhere..that`s BS! and the whole election process is BS! just take Obama the political spendthrift outlaw from Kenya and enjoy the next four years of destruction of the USA.

  77. Your map shows only 4 states that require voter ID, and looking at their presidential voting history, it appears unlikely that any of them would have gone to Obama anyhow. Kansas has gone Republican every election since at least 1972 (I didn't check further back than that). Indiana has only gone Democrat once since 1972, in 2008 (I guess they learned their lesson). Tennessee and Georgia have both gone Democrat three times since 1972, but neither went for Obama in 2008 so it's doubtful that they would have done so in 2012.

  78. James says:

Some corrections need to be made to this article, you're blatantly spreading lies to enrage people and to crank up the conspiracy theorists. Funny how no one on the republican party said a word about voter fraud in 2000 and 2004.

According to your post, there are only FOUR states in the union that require a photo ID. Four states that historically have voted republican (exception for Indiana in '08).

So then we go the states that "request" photo ID (whatever that means) and of those six states, Obama won two (three once Florida is done counting).

And then we have the states that require a non-photo ID, of which Obama won 9 out of 20.

So what's your point here? Oh, I see. You're saying that had the "close" states without ID laws required identification, then Romney would have won? Strange logic, but okay…. re-reading your post then, you need to change your theory about the electoral college, because you included COLORADO in your math equation, and as your own graphic says, Colorado did require ID to vote. So take away those 9 hypothetical electoral college votes, and Romney still loses.

Please don't censor this post again, we do live in America remember. Everyone's voice deserves to be heard.

  79. Connie Moorhead says:

I'm surprised Obama even HAD photo id. He could never provide anything else in the way of official papers.

  80. Todd Moore says:

This report is incorrect. Ohio DOES require a photo id.

    • American3P says:

Mr. Moore, Ohio DOES NOT require a photo id. Confer the Ohio State Board of Elections.

    • American3P says:

From the Ohio State Board of Elections:

A voter presenting an Ohio driver’s license that shows the voter’s former address is permitted to cast a regular ballot so long as the voter’s current residential address is printed in the official poll list of registered voters for that precinct. Voters who do not provide one of these documents at the precinct will still be able to vote using a provisional ballot. Voters who do not have any of the above forms of identification, including a Social Security number, will still be able to vote by signing an affirmation statement swearing to the voter’s identity under penalty of election falsification and by casting a provisional ballot.

    • Hank3 says:

With my own eyes I saw and read the sign, a utility bill is just one of many forms of identification.

  81. Shirley A. Rhodes says:

I believe that ROMNEY/RYAN won by a landslide! I do not believe Obama was legitimately reelected! We have repeated the fraudulent election of Chavez in Venezuela wherein he stole the elections through the computer software used to record and tally the votes! We used this same Venezuelan Company! Don’t take my word! Google SMARTMATIC, a Florida Company intertwined with SEQUOIA and see for yourself! The Carter Commission were the “Observers” who certified the veracity of the election of Chavez; Obama arranged for the UN to stand in Carter’s place to certify our election returns! Oh, for a Congress with some guts! Darrell Issa can only do so much! We must rally an audit of the returns! I do not believe that the Senate control was won by the Democrats, either! Millions of Christians were praying and I know God heard! We must fight this!

  82. TheTruth says:

I'm very confused about your picture here. So basically what you're saying is in the 4 states where a photo ID is required, he lost. Your whole point is that he lost 4 states that typically vote Republican regardless.

According to your pictures, the states that "request" photo ID, he won 2 (likely 3 with Florida) of the 6… and of the states that require a non-photo ID, he won Vermont, Rhode Island, Virginia, Delaware, Ohio, Colorado, Washington, and Hawaii.

Oh I see, you're trying to say that hypothetically if the "close" states had ID laws then Romney would have won. I see. Well you should edit your first paragraph then, because you listed Colorado and according to your picture, Colorado is a state that requires ID. Take away those 9 hypothetical electoral votes and Romney still loses.

    Get over it.

    • American3P says:

If PHOTO ID LAW was required in all 50 states we could make a determination by using data from all 50 states. The point is, PHOTO ID should be required in all 50 states.

    Wisconsin trending republican?

The only reason why I looked at Wisconsin is because of the recent anecdotal evidence with the Scott Walker elections in both 2010 and 2012. It immediately jumped at me that something just did not seem right. In fact, Scott Walker increased his victory margin in his recall election just 5 months ago from his prior election in 2010.

So, to summarize, statewide there is recent anecdotal evidence that Wisconsin was trending more republican – not less.

Then I decided to look at a county by county breakdown of votes comparing Scott Walker (R)/Tom Barrett (D) on 5 June 2012 (5 months prior) vs Barrack Obama (D)/Mitt Romney (R) on 6 November 2012 (5 months later).

Below is a breakdown of voting in 3 counties in Wisconsin.

    Marinette County:

Walker got 61.9% of the vote. He got 10,267 votes. Barrett got 37.6% of the vote. He got 6,242 votes.

Romney got 51% of the vote. He got 10,609 votes. Obama got 48% of the vote. He got 9,868 votes.

Romney got about 440 more republican votes. Obama got about 3,620 more democrat votes.

That's approximately 4,060 more voters voting than those that voted 5 months ago. Of those 4,060 new voters: 10.8% voted republican/89.1% voted democrat.

    Door County:

Walker got 56.8% of the vote. He got 8,401 votes. Barrett got 42.7% of the vote. He got 6,308 votes.

Romney got 46% of the vote. He got 8,109 votes. Obama got 53% of the vote. He got 9,338 votes.

Romney had a net loss of about 290 republican votes. Obama netted about 3,030 more democrat votes.

That's approximately 2,740 more voters. All 100% of those 2,740 new votes went to the democrat.

    Marathon County:

Walker got 62.1% of the vote. He got 36,352 votes. Barrett got 37.2% of the vote. He got 21,809 votes.

Romney got 53% of the vote. He got 36,568 votes. Obama got 46% of the vote. He got 32,330 votes.

Romney got about 215 more republican votes. Obama got about 10,520 more democrat votes.

That's about 10,735 more voters. Of those 10,735 new voters: only 2% voted republican/and an astounding 98% voted democrat.

This is just 3 counties. In every county I looked at, these skewed numbers continued. Some weren't as bad. But all of them failed the eyeball test.

Something is just not right. And if it is not right in Wisconsin, then where else is it just not right?

    • Kari says:

You realize people don't always vote the same party every time, right? Just because people like a Republican in one position for certain reasons doesn't mean they can't like a Democrat in another position for other reasons. Not everyone is hard left or hard right.

Have you ever stopped to consider that more and more Wisconsinites are now realizing Walker fucked them all over?

Enthusiasm clearly favored the Republicans, Independents favored Romney by huge margins, yet we are supposed to believe these results?

We now know that voting is nothing but a sham in this country. As if we didn't realize that after the acorn debacle in 20008, this is further confirmation

    • thundermtnrd says:

Wisconsin also has same day registration allowing persons to vote early in their home stated and then pop over to Wisconsin to vote again.

      • Kari says:

Um, except you can't register without proof of residence. Like a state ID. Or an official utility bill, bank statement, notarized residential lease, or paystub. Hard to fake those at the last minute, especially because there's a time frame in which those documents must be dated, relative to the election date, to be considered valid proof of residence. If you live in Chicago and want to vote in WI how would you prove you live in Wisconsin? Get a fake ID? Buy an apartment? Start paying a stranger's electric bill? Have your paystubs sent to a stranger's house?

        You are so paranoid.

  90. ritamalik says:

Even though I personally do not rule out Obama winning or at least getting a portion of his already razor thin margin by voter fraud and have heard of many many reports from people who watched the precincts of strange irregularities happening and their protests going nowhere because of Dem lawyers interventions or just getting kicked out of the precinct unceremoniously, but I think your argument doesn't work. Because those states which have ID laws were not swing states. They were Red states. Obama would have no chance there either way.

But having said that Obama's Chicago machine would have been perfectly capable eking out a victory for him by bussing people around to vote several times and in several States and precincts under false names. The usual Democrat Tammany Hall crap done to perfection. Remember even many Democrats openly talked about Obama's dirty GOTV machine when he was battling in the primaries with Hillary. Then Hillary supporters and Clintons were screaming to high heavens then and MSM was looking the other way as usual but now of course are silent and if we say something we are conspiracy theory peddlers and sour grapes! His machine openly paid Chicago inner city people and bussed them to Iowa caucuses and won Iowa against all odds against well poised Hillary. And it happened in the rest of the primaries too and was talked about. So we know they are well capable of that. They are from Chicago after all.

Obama's margin of "victory" in the popular vote was very very small if you take his California margin away. Less than one point. It was a Romney Popular vote win until they were almost done with other states and some of California was in too. So I do not rule out dirty stuff at all. But ID states would go to Romney anyway.

Now NYT writes that Obama did such a great GOTV and study of the potential voter market job that in FL got some massive votes out of populations that Romney camp didn't even know existed and caught them by surprise! Well… maybe they really didn't exist or were not eligible to vote!

Either way it was a small victory and shame on our side for not turning out in bigger numbers and offsetting all the possible fraud. If it is not close they cannot cheat! Remember. And don't forget either way Obama has no mandate! His margin was tiny!

  91. CBA says:

    • Help says:

The Democrats have just as much crazies as the Republicans. Why are people now claiming things that were once common political agendas to be "ultra right", but yet on demand abortion, etc is not "ultra left" and is now accepted by some people as not only normal, but as a right.

I refuse to accept these "ultra-right" labels which are becoming more and more common every year that passes, despite just a few years ago they were normal and legitimate points of contention. The Democrats, and more particularly, the uber-liberals are waging a campaign to make normal conservative politics seem like an outcast.

The more you lie about something, the more you degrade it, the more you marginalize, the more people will actually start seeing light for dark, and hell for heaven. That is what is happening in America. Conservatives are being portrayed so negatively by the media that people are starting to actually think extremely negatively about these important issue that should be take a lot more seriously.

It is the same as how black civil rights are seen as a worthy cause, but white civil rights are seen as a non-issue. The media portrays, molds, and shapes public opinion one way or another.

I don't pay child care, as my children are raised with families of their own. I do pay a gardener, but I do clean my own house. Whatever in the world makes you think I can afford a tax increase? That's like saying, you can buy food, you can buy gas, apparently you can afford a tax increase. I'll bet you have a cell phone or an iPhone, right? Well, then YOU can afford a tax increase. We are excited to inform you that Pennsylvanian voters are no longer required to show a photo ID in order to vote on November 6, 2012.

On October 2, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court stopped the full enforcement of the Voter ID Law for this 2012 election.

      Please remember this:

You may still receive information about the Voter ID Law but YOUR ID IS NOT REQUIRED TO VOTE ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012.

PA has Black Panthers enforcing the vote.

    • ritamalik says:

Your State PASSED a voter ID law but a state judge ruled that you can ask it but if they don't want to show it you cannot force them and they should still vote, because of the usual lame excuse that demanding photo ID= Voter suppression and intimidation. This BTW is Democrat claptrap because they want to be able to cheat as much as they want! My husband is from Finland and I have lived in Europe for several years and EVERYWHERE ELSE in the civilized world voters show an official national photo ID (night any crapy library card or even drivers license) before they are handed a ballot and several other measures are taken to preserve people's franchise and avoid any possibility of voter fraud whether it is widespread or not! Also bussing people en mass to the polls is strictly forbidden! Everybody unless he is old or disabled or ill finds his own way and transportation to the polls if he is interested to vote. If he is not interested enough in voting it is his own problem! Nobody will push him to go! It our right to vote but who said you HAVE to or even should be pushed to exercise your right?

We have one of the messiest election laws (or non-laws more accurately) and arrangements in the world and is absolutely fertile ground for fraud! As the world's oldest democracy this is really a shame and an embarrassment! It doesn't even need to be any evidence that voter frauds happen regularly or happen at all (although such evidence exist abundantly) but it is enough that the possibility exists and that means authorities should take any measure possible to make sure nobody votes instead of anybody else and nobody can possibly vote more than once. Because voter fraud IS voter suppression! If vote of a fraudster cancels out my legitimate vote then my legitimate vote IS effectively suppressed even though I thought I cast it and it is counted! It is even worse than outright suppression because outright suppression happens to my face and I can take measures to stop it, but if you cancel my vote by cheating behind my back there is nothing I can do to stop that! Democrats oppose all measures to tighten the rules to avoid voter fraud and illogically call it voter suppression. That aught to tell you everything you need to know

So effectively you don't have it. The only mistake is the writer of the post should have put it in the yellow "requested but not required" group. Obama may well have won there or not. We never know, but people could have done the usual dirty tricks without showing ID if they wanted to because if they say: "No I don't want to show ID" nobody could force them to do so or tell them to go home without voting.

    • JoanneMM says:

Given the $$$ he spent, I do find it hard to believe Romney’s team were that wrong unless they made the apparently foolish decision to not include illegals as ‘likely voters’ !!! Obama was sitting pretty because they knew illegals would be voting.

Even one of the MSM stations (NBC?) had their scrolling news bar at the bottom of the screen announcing Obamas victory BEFORE the election had even taken place. Signed. Sealed. Delivered.

      • Rian says:

EVERY candidate always has internal polling that shows them up, but if we look at national polls across the country, the election provided ZERO surprises with the exception of Florida. Although, if we want to get suspicious, I think Fox News is part of the liberal media because they kept calling states for Obama as well BEFORE the ballots began to be counted!

Final note, OF COURSE Obama lost the three states with voter ID laws, Obama was NEVER supposed to win these states and not because of the ID law, but because these are very red states. HORRIBLE reporting! This story is just trying to make something out of nothing.

  99. jcgmich29 says:

Only four states required photo ID. Sure photo ID is important, but the headline would have been more meaningful if say 10 states had the photo ID law and all went Romney.

    • American3P says:

Sure! The headline would have enormous impact and meaning if say 10 or 20 states had Photo ID laws! You are right! I suspect the photo ID laws are deliberately delayed to accommodate voter shenanigans! I wish I could say ‘10 States’ or ‘20 States’… because then the odds of Obama losing 20 states with Photo ID laws would raise everyone’s eyebrows.

What about just having a President who doesn't have a fraudulently created long-form Birth Certificate? Please can we start there; impeach and imprison his fake, cheating, lying ass?

Failing that welcome white America to your demographic future.

Obviously the only people laughing now (aside from 99% of non-white voters) are the Zionists.

It's all going to plan, thank you for your face YT but you're no longer relevant; particularly as we set-up and installed these "electronic" voting machines.

A wise old stick once said that "it's not the people who cast the votes in an elcetion that matters; it's the people who count them" In this instance I believe never a truer word said.

America- Look at Brazil and Zimbawbwe. -That is your future. To have any chance to survive you must get rid of the root cause of 90% of this and expel the Talmudic Zionists and re-assert pride in the white race. Don't- and we're doomed.

I’m not sure what the hell you’re saying, too many asterisks… Are you suggesting that A3P is antisemitic? Also, what the hell does it have to do with the price of tea in China?

Amanda, as American3P already pointed out, this isn’t about his race- this article’s about illegal immigrants potentially having turned the election in his favor. There’s ~12 million illegal immigrants in this country, and, IIRC, ~80 million people voted, barely more than half for the President- if a quarter of the illegals voted, there goes his margins in the popular vote, and a number of states with close margins.

I know, myself, I’m not against the president because of his race. He has done some good things- Bin Laden’s dead, General Motors alive. Still, it doesn’t weigh against a jobless recovery, or so many issues neither major party is on the right side of- immigration, outsourcing, the flash mobs assaulting whites, a system of financial aid that leaves out poor whites, and a general disdain for the working class (taking union dollars and bolstering up expensive programs that favor the “permanently unemployed” over the working poor, doesn’t count).

  102. Curious says:

So… how did the A3P do in states where it was on the ballot? Haven’t seen a single word about it in the media.

  103. Carrie B says:

Voter ID was required, by recent law, here in Rhode Island.
Obama won Rhode Island by a landslide. Nay, an avalanche.

    • American3P says:

Photo ID law is not in effect until 2014 for Rhode Island. This is directly from the Secretary of State in Rhode Island:

The law requires voters show identification before they cast a ballot. Non-photo identification is allowed this year, including a bank statement or utility bill. A government-issued photo ID is required starting in 2014.

      • Drew says:

Wow, Carrie B is silent on that one American3P! It’s amazing how people should follow the old saying; ‘it is better to remain silent and be thought of as a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt.’

        • Ryan says:

Way to jump on someone else's mistake. Why don't we just see if the republicans take Rhode Island in 2016, so that you can look back on this day 4 years later and feel right with yourself.

Drew the same can be said for you, you haven't shown any of your character aside from being that you are a very good gloater. Just what we need.

      • ritamalik says:

Come on guys! Voter ID or no voter ID Obama would have carried Rhode Island. It is a dark blue state not a swing state and the premise of this article is wrong. In order to examine the effect of voter ID laws on Obama winning we should have a swing state which had voter ID laws. We didn't have one unfortunately otherwise the outcome could have been somewhat different. I am not naive enough to think Obama won fair and square. It was a close close razor thin election and his margins were too small and very well could have been achieved by a few fraudulent votes in this precinct a few more in another precinct. But no swing state had voter ID laws. RI is irrelevant because it was not a swing state.

        • Tabby says:

Romney took several deep blue states & moved them into swing states leading up to the election & when he had events in the same states at the same time as Obama, his turnout was consistently 30,000 – 35,000 while Obama's was 2,800- 3,000. There's a huge group called Democrats for Romney & his campaign was looking very much like Reagan's in all states. Seriously most Americans (even low information voters) are tired of living in a chronic recession only rivaled by the great depression. No incumbent has ever been reelected with job approval numbers as high as Obama's so close to the election.

    • American3P says:

Carrie B: This is directly from the Elections Board of the State of Rhode Island:

We will provide a free Voter ID to voters who don't already have a current and valid Photo ID

No eligible voter will be turned away at the polls. Voters who do not bring an acceptable ID to their polling place can vote using a standard Provisional Ballot. The ballot will be counted if the signature they give at their polling place matches the signature on their voter registration

Voter ID will be phased in over two election cycles. In 2012 and 2013, voters can also use a variety of non-photo IDs including a Social Security or Medicare card. Beginning in 2014, only Photo IDs will be accepted at the polls

Mail ballots do not require ID

    • Benjamin says:

Carrie you live in a major liberial state. You don't have any hard working people up there. Illegals surround themselves around major cities and suburbs.

    • GottaStirThePot says:

The landslide (avalanche) just shows the mentality of Rhode Island. lol

  104. Joseph says:

I think this article misses the mark; there are problems with electoral fraud, but this doesn’t really support itself well. For instance, here in NY I had to write in ‘Merlin Miller’, on a small sheet w/the magic marker they gave me. The first time through, inserting my ballot nearly negated it because it spilled over; after voiding that ballot, I made sure to write as small as possible.

However, you missed the possibility to discuss electronic voting and the glitches that come with it. Saying ‘curious how they only supported Obama’, when I’ve heard democrats bitching about having to correct their vote multiple times so it didn’t go to Romney, doesn’t help our point or elucidate everything wrong with it.

Similarly, the possibility of illegals voting in states where ID isn’t required was barely touched. Again, elucidation would’ve gone a long way. Saying ‘curious Obama didn’t win any states w/ Voting ID laws’ doesn’t count; you’d have to build on that how the illegal vote could have turned things for him. Creating unfounded conspiracy theories doesn’t do us any good.

    • American3P says:

I disagree. I also live in NY and wrote in Merlin Miller (very tiny). And yes there are problems with electronic voting.

But the idea of Photo ID was put forward to prevent millions of illegal immigrants from voting. And let's be honest, we have millions of illegal immigrants or 'undocumented Democrats'. I think millions of illegal immigrants voting are a greater problem than 'glitches in electronic voting'. Incidentally, do you think these glitches don't happen in those states that require Photo ID?

Democrats and many African Americans use the Photo ID issue to complain about voter disenfranchisement. Nonsense. State DMVs offered to take folks to the DMV for a photo ID. If folks can get to the voting booth why can't they get photo ID? I need photo ID to drive and to drink.

The 'possibility of illegals voting' is the very point of the article. When voting is enforced, when citizenship is enforced then voting maintains integrity.

The UN Observers were stunned by allowing people to vote without showing ID. Think about it: In America, where the most powerful man in the world is elected every four years, you can walk into a polling place and cast a vote without truly identifying yourself. Sure, you have to give them a name, but you don’t have to give a photo ID to substantiate it. People can rise from the dead and vote again and again!

      • Joseph says:

‘So what happens if they request a photo ID and the illegal alien Haitian doesn’t have one? Do they just count the vote anyway?’

Only time you mentioned illegals voting, and there really wasn’t much to substantiate it. For instance, you could have mentioned the influx of Hispanics into Nevada, or how Arizona swung GOP while NM swung Obama. You could have pulled up the estimated illegal immigration rate in those states, and compared it to the poll numbers. However, the focus certainly wasn’t on how a lack of voter ID laws allowed illegals to swing the election Obama's way; it completely painted the picture of electioneering.

As your previous comment on who else illegals would vote for to guarantee amnesty, any republican in the last 30+ years.

        • American3P says:

Sir, I don\’t understand what you are asking or what specifically you\’re comment is about.

          • BGW says:

Let me see if I can explain Joseph's comment to you then. Where are the numbers for the states that have an estimation of illegal immigrants, and do a compare/contrast to the states that REQUIRE voter ID's to the ones that do not require it, and then compare that to the states that Obama lost/won, and the states that Romney lost/won.

In other words look at the states that REQUIRE voter ID's and then look at the illegal immigration numbers in those states. But even then that argument isn't true since NM went to Obama and Arizona went to Romney, both states with extremely high illegal immigration that do NOT require voter ID’s. Rhode Island and Pennsylvania REQUIRE voter ID's, and they went to Obama.

            • American3P says:

Yes. Rhode Island requires ID. But it is not a strict ID state. If you don\’t have your ID, you can use a utility bill.

Normally, one only needs a bank account for utilities. And to get a bank account one does not need photo ID.

Can you see the distinction between the PHOTO ID LAW and ID Required in Rhode Island??

            • American3P says:

Look, do you see a distinction between the terms PHOTO ID LAW and VOTER ID REQUIRED? I challenge you to show a rule from those State Board of Elections that doesn\’t allow one to vote if they do not have VOTER ID.

        • Tabby says:

Of course Arizona swung GOP, AZ has always been a strong GOP state (just as NM has always been a democrat state) & we still had Democrats voting numerous times arrested at our polls this year!

        • Brassia says:

Amnesty isn't a solution, illegals are voting ILLEGALLY for the free stuff they are getting from democrats-it is rather obvious.
In this 21 st century with all the advanced technology we still have antiquated voting system! Why democrats are fighting the voter ID law, isn't it obvious?

  105. Heddia Roma says:

Get over it. Obama won because the nation knew he was still the best man for the job. The reason he lost in states with voter ID laws is that these are the states infested with conservatives who are pushing for these laws as a means of excluding legal poor people, immigrants and minorities from voting because they are the most likely to vote Democrat and are least likely to already have an ID. So it was a wasted effort to skew the electorate. Where there are already high enough concentrations of conservatives to enact these voter ID laws, there is no need to try to keep the legal disadvantaged from voting. No matter. The rest of the country has enough sense to make up for it. Obviously.

    • American3P says:

Sure. People from all over, non-Americans believe he is the best man for the job. Who else would probably allow amnesty??

    • GoingGalt says:

Obama won the election, however, The 'Nation" did not agree that he was the best man for the job. There were millions of us, who could hardly think of anyone WORSE for the job. We believe that we just witnessed America commit suicide. I'd ask exactly which of his policies you enjoy, but I'm done trying to understand your team. Enjoy your crappy life you just signed up for because it is coming. Buckle up! Elections have consequences. (Now folks, typical liberal reply ready in 3…2..1)

    • Anthony says:

The Nation does not say this. Obama was elected because the Rahm Emanuel DNC political machine was up and running last year targetting 27 zip codes in 19 counties in six states (FL, PA, OH, WI, IA and NV) to get the vote out. (They were also in NC, VA and NH, but not as extensively as these six.) Most of the clueless liberals just went in and pulled the "D" lever, not to mention the illegal Somalis who voted in Ohio, the union cheats in Nevada, etc. and by winning those 19 counties they won those 6 states to put them over the top. Sad and pathetic…..

    • Michael says:

Voter ID should be a national law! I don’t care how damn poor you are, its pretty damn simple to get an ID. If you are that much of an idiot, incapable of going to get an ID, then your dumb ass shouldn’t be allowed to vote anyway! I’m so sick of lazy ass, uneducated liberals!

    • Robin Laursen says:

The ONLY reason to not have voter ID laws is so fraud can occur. Requiring an ID does not disenfranchise anyone. You cannot get a library card, cash a check, open any type of banking account, get a cell phone, take a plane, and the list goes on WITHOUT a photo ID. The cost of obtaining a state ID in WI is $28.00 and is good for 8 years. That equals out to $3.50 per year. And if you say it's for voting, then it is free. WI tried to require photo IDs for voting but a liberal judge ruled it unconstitutional. Ironically you can't attend a political convention without a photo ID. Photo IDs were required to hear corrupt AG Eric Holder speak this summer, the same AG Eric Holder who says that photo IDs hinder the right to vote.

      • Matt says:

We offered FREE voter IDs here in Pennsylvania…but the catch was you had to be a legally-registered voter. 🙂 Our Voter ID law was struck down, although when I went to vote at 9 AM (I was #69), they said two people had already been turned away because they refused to show ID. I'm not sure if this was because they were newly registered or what.

IDs do not hinder the right to vote….unless the vote is illegal.

    • RBM says:

How do those dregs cash their gubment check then?! No ID needed?! Oh, they can't get anywhere…how are they cashing those checks?! How are they getting anywhere, but they can't get ID's?! I find that hard to believe. This country is full of suckers…and leeches. The pain is coming though.

    • Larry D says:

What I don’t understand is why the Democrats like you Heddia are so against having a Picture ID? If you have a bank account…you have to have an ID. If you work someplace….you have to have a Photo ID to apply for a JOB…it is required by law! If you have a Cell Phone….you need a Photo ID to get one. If you have a Credit or Debit Card….you need a Photo ID. Heck…to get yourself on the Welfare roll…you need a Photo ID. All you have to do is go to the local Department of Public Saftey…where you get your DL…and you can get a Photo ID for free in most cases. Oh…If you have a Green Card…that has your picture on it!!! If you drove yourself to the polls…you have a DL…and that’s a Photo ID. The reason for the ID is plain as the nose on your face….to make sure you really are a US CITIZEN…and that your are who you say you are. Illegal Immigrants DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE HERE. What is it you don’t get?

religious, social conservative hard working latinos should understand, but apparantly don't, i personally know of many hardworking values oriented blacks, obviously many asians are hardworking etc the stereotype of people of color just wanting stuff(as i heard on fox) doesn't help the conservative cause but i digress thank you your logic appealed to me

A vast majority of people are good and want to do the right thing. Lets look on the positive side.

Your statement about the disadvantaged/legal poor people is nonsensical. Why do people presume that if you are poor, you are stupid. Poor people have to have an ID to go to a free health clinic, to get food stamps, to get disability income, to get AFDC funds, to take advantage of the WIC program….these are all federal programs. If you do not drive a car (which is generally the next argument) a trip to the DMV will get you a state ID. Oh, you say, no money because they are poor? Churches, Catholic charities, and other organizations will pick up the tab. You can't get into a lot of government buildings without a photo ID…can't fly, drive, purchase insurance….why in the hell would people want to fight a voter ID law? Poor people aren't stupid…

Best man for the job? Is someone who creates the highest budget deficit in US history the best man for the job? Obama still has not answered what happened in Libya which is something he keeps dodging and he failed with the aftermath of hurricane Sandy. Its liberals like you who are f*cking up this country and if you are not a registered voter you should NOT be allowed to vote..

Your brain must be about the size of a BB. Of course, it is easy to recongnize you are a hard core liberial, very much like the Nazi forces of Hitler. Yes, and it caused million plus millions of deaths. The Republican party is not perfect, but 99 percent more so than what we have seen with the liberals and Democrats. Obama has never been a legal citizen of the United States. His total life is that of a con artist, and the democrats chose him simply because in structure they are the same low-lifes as Obama.

    • JST says:

your words are hate. You spew hate speech and cheat and accuse the GOP of what you are doing. Your party is filled with liars and cheaters. Those of you that are in the party that are not liars and cheaters are just too stupid to see that you are being duped.

    • Brassia says:

What is in your brain? Quite obviously you are only thinking COLOR!

    • joan says:

Please….requirement for voter ID is unconstitutional?? One needs an ID for everything. I do not care what party you belong to. You do not have to have a driver’s license. You can get a ‘free’ Photo ID from the DMV. To get Food Stamp benefits your benefit card has a PHOTO on it!

It is constitutional for AMERICAN CITIZENS to only be allowed to vote in American elections. Everything else is fraud or deceit and illegal.

    • Ray Propst says:

You are ignorant. If a person is able to legally vote they ‘have to have had’ a valid ID to register and to get the right to vote. Arguing that people shouldn’t have to have an ID to vote is STUPID. There are no legal disadvantages. If you are legal, you should have ID. Not having ID is illegal, so there goes your legal disadvantaged argument.

I don’t suppose you saw how in FL in st Lucia province they have 141% of the registered voters there voting. 141%. That means that out of 1000 people 410 voted TWICE.

    • Wendell Hurst says:

Wrong! Valerie Jarrett is the worst president we have ever had. She was against going after Osama bin Laden, and they only got him because they went around her. Jobs are already disappearing because of the fraudulent reelection of the job-killing math challenged narcissist. Enough people will wish they had voted for Romney instead of Obama before the inauguration to have changed the result, (but it’s too late) when they see how quickly more jobs disappear, and taxes skyrocket for everybody. Business people who were waiting to start hiring until Romney's election have had to change their plans, because they can’t afford to hire any new people, due to the crushing cost of Obamacare. People who want to work will have to settle for juggling two or more part-time jobs, because employers can't hire full-time people and stay in business. It isn’t just coal mining that obama is killing, it's every legitimate business. The biggest businesses (Microsoft, et al) have billions of dollars in profits from international sales that they won't bring to the US to invest here, because the current administration wants to take too much of it in taxes. They're killing the goose that laid the golden egg, because they haven’t figured out from watching the Soviet Union go under, that socialism doesn’t work. People believe lies about ‘greedy capitalists’, when most successful business people are responsibly supporting many people with good jobs, while bearing the risks themselves. The risks are too great with obama’s policies, so these businesses may go under if they try to expand. We also needed Romney elected to get rid of Bernanke at the Fed, where rampant printing of money is going to hurt everybody, from the richest to the poorest, because our money will shrink in value.

    • John says:

You – are an utter moron!

    • hdshatter says:

So your saying all the illegal immigrants should have the right to vote? Every state needs an ID law it keeps out illegals and cheaters from the election.

  106. Yule says:

While the election of Obama means a faster fall into third world status, at least it has gotten the TV discussion to be about Race and Demographics. This election was 100% about Race and Demographics and there was no way to avoid that in the election analysis.

Republicans will have to go more libertarian to have an intellectual basis for accepting illegals and hope to get the latino vote. This should at least make it clearer than ever that Republicans are not the party for White people.

With Obama in charge, the borders won't be protected for the next 4 years so things are going to get ugly – we Whites need to organize at the local level. Maybe not worry about Federal elections – just get some areas where we can protect ourselves.

    • Mary says:

We Whites? How about "We citizens of these United States"? If we as a nation would let our leaders know that we are sick and tired of being overrun by illegals, they would be forced to do something about it. Laws also need to change. Just because a baby is born on U.S. soil should not automatically make it a U.S. citizen. At least one parent should be a citizen in order to give the baby citizenship.I am tired of watching illegals pour into our country, breed and the offspring of two illegals be U.S. citizens.

      • FeFe says:

Well put Mary. It's not about "We Whites" , it's about the betterment for mankind and the good of our country. I know plenty of people of color that did their part in this last election, so let's not segerate.

      • Brian says:

You do realize that quite likely, some ancestor yours gained their U.S. citizenship despite the fact that one or both of their parents were not citizens, right? And that the right of anyone born on American soil to U.S. citizenship is in the Constitution precisely to prevent racists such as yourself from discriminating against people who are different?

        • American3P says:

Sir, you do realize that America allows legal immigration to those who knock on our front door and not to those who break in through the fence? And you realize that everyone in the world cannot fit into the United States?

You do realize that there is an industry for “anchor babies”? Korea, for example, recommends that expectant Korean mothers time their entry into the USA prior to giving birth so the children will become eligible for American citizenship and therefore, set asides such as free education? Be honest, who is abusing the system?

  107. Randy says:

Your argument doesn't hold water. If a lack of an "ID required" law meant President Obama would win that state, then what about Nebraska, Mississippi, North Carolina and West Virgina? According to the map above, none of those states require ID, but they all went to Governor Romney.
In my opinion, this is just another sour-grapes attack. The election is over. Let's try to focus on working together instead of tearing each other down, since we've seen how well that policy has worked. The "gridlock" in Congress could be ended by the Republicans, as well as the Democrats. God bless America.

    • American3P says:

Sir, in every state where Voter ID was required was a state Obama lost. That is TN, GA, KS and IN.

The article does not say or mean that lack of a “Photo ID Law” automatically went to Obama. ONLY THOSE STATES WITH PHOTO ID LAW REQUIRED are states that Obama lost.

      • Joseph says:

Possibly because supporting Voter ID laws is a GOP stance, and being against voter ID laws is a Democrat one, meaning states requiring ID are more likely to vote GOP to begin with. I'm more concerned that my write-in doesn't seem to have been counted yet.

There's a saying- "Don't assume for malice what can easily be explained by stupidity." Saying a lack of Voter ID laws allowed the Obama campaign to commit voter fraud provokes the image of conspiracy, and sour grapes. Which is strange, because Romney's plan was to keep the border open, anyways, so it's not like we should be upset he lost.

In all honesty, this is like the clip where Brandt went on the local news and bitched about there being no "white congressional caucus", rather than taking the opportunity to discuss flash mobs or the lack of economic mobility for poor whites. It allows the cultural marxists to gloss over our complaints and just portray us as a bunch of whiney idiots; not the best battleplan for the long, hard fight ahead.

        • Tony says:

Make no.mistake, every write in or vote for “other” was counted. Counted against Romney. It clearly cost Romney Ohio. Some of you people are unbelievable. Romney wasn’t my perfect choice. My perfect choice would be the most powerful evangelist in America, but me writing him in would have been a double vote for Obama!!

          • American3P says:

Every write in vote also TOOK a vote away from Obama. Therefore your statement is suspect.

            • Joseph says:

Technically, every write-in took a vote away from the non-voting public. I know Romney's "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" is the same as Obama's, neither were good enough to get me to the polls. Hell, most of my ballot stayed blank.
This whole "voting third party hurts" thing is bullshit. You're saying not voting for Romney hurt his chances? What a fucking shocker…

          • Tabby says:

Gary Johnson is this elections Ross Periot

      • David Davenport says:

He is an Obama voter, he cant understand simple facts.

        • Melanie says:

He just said "I'm more concerned that my write-in doesn't seem to have been counted yet" Pretty sure that means he did not support either Romney or Obama.

          • Ricardo says:

I'm Republican, voted for Romney, and I think, wait – I KNOW this is the lamest article and argument out there. I agree with Randy. It would have been something more if "all states" that require photo ID were 10 or 20 states, but just FOUR that were already red-leaning states? Very misleading!

            • American3P says:

The article simply states a fact. You draw your own conclusions. And ask your own questions. The point is 10 or 20 or 50 states SHOULD have Photo ID laws!

      • A Yankee says:

So it's pointing out that he lost in the 4 states that require photo id's which are "red" states anyways? Who cares. Even if they didn't require an ID he would have lost them. Gotta agree… Sour grapes make bad tasting w(h)ine.

    • Admin says:

What “gridlock”?? Obama can simply execute “executive orders” and circumvent Congress.

And I hope representatives in Congress don’t allow dictatorial decision.

And there is no sour grapes. Many Americans mistrust the shenanigans in government and elections. And I agree!

      • someone says:

If you don't understand that there is gridlock in our government, then you should not have gotten to vote. You are obviously not educated enough to make a decision. I dont understand how our country has fallen to become so divided over how to solve the problems that we face, when ultimately we are looking for the same outcome and looking to overcome the same problems.

        • American3P says:

But the problem is Obama and his policies. We owe a debt that we\’ve saddled our children with. And we didn\’t ask their permission!

The problems were made worse by Obama. Obama is a nice man but an awful administrator. Expect 4 more years of the same! Things will not change. We have to change the leadership.

    • harleygurl47 says:

Randy, this means Romney won these states hands down, even without photo ID!!
I live in these areas & Obama is HATED by most!

    • elle says:

Not to mention Indiana had the same voter id law back in 2008 and it went to obama back then after being red for decades.

    • angienc says:

NC requests ID — I live there, they always ask for it at the polls, at least at the one I vote at.

      • American3P says:

In Alabama, South Carolina and Texas, current non-photo voter ID laws stay in effect for the time being.

North Carolina- ***NO voter ID requirement**

Strict photo ID legislation was vetoed by the governor.

    • george says:

Randy, you're an idiot. You've missed the logical connection. It is possible, just possible that the states you cite were predominantly conservative to begin with. All the voter ID laws do is prevent palpable and easy fraud in states where the mix is closer. Go learn something you fraud.

    • Badkarma060 says:

Explain why no budget was introduced, when Obama took office? They owned it all 3 parts of government (all Democrat controlled). Yeah gridlock… My left nut.

    • SoCal says:

You sound like obama, "lets work together" really? when did b.o. work for us? He's a taker, does not respect the office. When he starts reaching into your pocket by giving away your wage to someone who doesn't work, you will see "Sour Grapes" as a food source, unless you are already on the Goverment CHEEESE. In part I would say that the Republicans didn't stand up and vote, all they did was bitch and sit on the sofa and woke up the next morning and boohoo'd. Fraud? across the board! from union thugs to the Panthers to the voting machines. America Bless God!

    • Brassia says:

You are obviously completely CLUELESS as far as what this election meant to our country!

Working together? How naive? Well, maybe you will see the truth eventually…

This election had been decided a couple weeks before the election day as early voting had been cooked… CBS actually called the election on Oct25, then pulled the story!

    • Sean says:

you are correct Randy. In addition, Michigan requires ID, and Obama won Michigan.

  108. Leah says:

We're in trouble as a People and as a nation. White guilt and white apathy along with sheeple who don't think for themselves is leading us to destruction. I have never been as ashamed of my People as I was last night.

    • ehrmagherd says:

Would someone please tell whoever wrote this that Louisiana REQUIRES an I.D.? Please? 🙂

      • American3P says:

This is directly from the Louisiana Board of Elections

When you go to the polls to cast your vote in an election, be sure to take one of the following:

        a driver’s license;
        a Louisiana Special ID; or
some other generally recognized picture ID that contains your name and signature.

You may get a free Louisiana Special ID at the Office of Motor Vehicles by showing your voter registration information card. If you have misplaced your voter registration information card, contact your registrar of voters for a new one.

Voters who have no picture ID may bring a utility bill, payroll check or government document that includes their name and address. The voter will have to sign an affidavit furnished by the Elections Division in order to vote.

The difference is that they will accept a non-photo document.

        • Tabby says:

Louisiana voter ID law is not to be enforced until 2013. That's what the yellow states on the map are.. States not enforcing the law this year.

    • Ina says:

Leah, I wholeheartedly agree… what are WE, the people with brains, the people that ARE outraged by this…what are we going to do about this? We can’t just allow them to get away with this and then stew about it for the next 4 years. What CAN we do? Where do we go from here?

    • DRIKEE says:

Welfare, food stamps, unemployment checks, phones FOR THE 47% bought this election for Obama so at this point it looks more and more like Russia ONE PARTY COMMUNIST THAT’S WHY OBAMA TOLD THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT (Medvedev) THAT WHEN HE IS REELECTED HE WILL BE MORE FLEXIBLE

      • Native American says:

Russia has problems with corruption, but it keeps out illegal immigration far better than does the US.

Communism was atheist, but those currently in power are Christian. It is, today, an entirely different power from Communism – not ideal but not the same.
